I have been more than impressed.

I have been more than impressed.

This is the first time we have worked with a marketing agency of any kind, and I am SO glad I pulled the trigger to do so.

We started with them on the 1st of March 2026, and before that day we had sold exactly $0 in generator installs. Growing the generator side of our company was always a goal, and getting started with Swift is what made us finally give it a shot.

THE NUMBERS:
Here's the straight numbers as of 6/10/26 ( 3 months!):

-Total Generator Gross Revenue: $349,743
-Generator Net profit: $83,938.32
-Total spend Swift social fees + Meta adds: $12,055.84
-Return on add spend: 6.96x

What should be apparent to everyone from those numbers is that in 3 months we went from $0 in generator installs to almost $350k. I am blown away.
We are in the process of growing and hiring another full time lead electrician and apprentice just to keep up with our generator pipeline.

THE LEADS:
We have averaged between 55 and 60 leads per month. What you have read in the other reviews IS true, about 50% of those leads are tire kickers, unqualified, or do not respond. SO WHAT. If you're not prepared or have the office staff to do lead qualifying and sorting then that is on you, not the people bringing you leads.

Speed to lead IS the key, they're not lying. Swift made sure to make it very clear to us - if you jump on the lead quickly you WILL have a higher change of setting an appointment and getting a sale. We have taken this to heart, and we respond to every lead in under 5 mins and most in under 30 seconds. Following this formula, you will have no problem setting appointments with the qualified leads.

My summary would be - if I can continue to give SwiftSocial $1 and they turn it into $6.96 dollars, I will continue to give them as many of my dollars as I can.

Hey Sean, thank you for writing this up. Going from $0 in generator installs to $349K in 3 months is a serious result, and it did not happen by accident. You guys respond to every lead in under 5 minutes. Most companies hear "speed to lead" and nod along. You actually built it into how your office runs, and that is why the numbers look the way they do.

lousy service

THey send leads from way out of my area. i got around 100 leads . only 20 were in my area. 10 were hang ups
5 thought they could standby gen for under 1000.
I talked to 5 . got one job. i had to cut my price to compete with the rest of the quotes they got.
when I called swift social to ask the about 100% refund.
they said talk to their legal department

For anyone reading this, a few clarifications are important.

All campaigns are built and targeted based on the service area and inputs provided during onboarding by our client. We do not arbitrarily send leads “out of area.”

Lead conversion in this industry is highly dependent on speed of response and follow-up. The majority of opportunities are won or lost within minutes of inquiry, not after delayed contact.

It’s also standard for homeowners to compare multiple quotes for generator installations. That’s normal market behavior, not specific to any one lead source.

Regarding the refund, our agreement clearly outlines the structure of the satisfaction guarantee and the conditions required for eligibility. Those terms were provided and agreed to prior to the start of service.

We stand behind our system and the results it produces when it is implemented and followed as designed.

Predictable Generator Leads That Drove $500,000 in Revenue Growth

As the Marketing Manager at Edelman Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric, and Solar in Fairbury, Illinois, I’m always looking for predictable ways to grow our departments. I’ve been working with the team over at Swift Social for about 3 years now and they are always on top of their game!
Anytime I need assistance or help understanding the process, they are always there to help.
If I want them to run numbers or increase my lead generation, it’s always hands free and seamless.

As an Onboarding manager (First point…

As an Onboarding manager (First point of contact) was extremely disappointing. In that time, I witnessed what I would describe as constant client turnover, which from my perspective was driven by weak ad performance, poor strategy, and a lack of consistency in execution.
The company heavily promotes a lead-generation program that claims to deliver quality leads. In practice, however, many of the leads I personally saw were low quality, unresponsive, or unusable, which repeatedly led to unhappy clients and wasted ad spend.
As someone with over six years of hands-on media buying experience, the campaigns and creatives being run were far below what I would consider acceptable industry standards. The ad quality was often rushed, poorly structured, and ineffective, making it difficult to achieve sustainable results for clients.
In my professional opinion, most businesses would be better off managing their own ads or working with a more experienced and transparent agency. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to do thorough research and proceed with extreme caution before getting involved.

1. You knowingly falsely reported hours on your timesheets that you submitted to us for at least two months consecutively and stole approximately four to $5000 in fraudulent wages from us over that time.

2. During the time that this fraudulent behavior was occurring, you were on a probationary period with us due to your performance.

3. Despite acting in bad faith and stealing from us, after your termination, you personally reached out to multiple members of our staff and requested that we leave you a more positive review on the job placement website, where we hired you from despite you actively stealing and lying to us During your period of employment.

This is all documented and verifiable and we are happy to do so for any potential clients who are interested as well.

I thought that this context was important so that any potential future clients who are thinking of working with us, can draw their own conclusions from knowing the full situation, especially as a fellow business owner.
