Ordered two gold brittanias and paid with crypto,the value of the crypto was about £65 more than the total bill,which I queried,was told it was a conversion fee,which was never mentioned up front.Have waited almost a month now and was notified that only one coin was being delivered,which is supposedly on it,s way.I will be notified when the other is sent.Must be a dodgy company that can only send one coin instead of two after a month.

In my opinion, this company should be avoided. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
After paying by bank transfer, I experienced repeated delays, changing shipping information, inconsistent explanations, and very poor communication. More than a month after my payment had already been accepted, I was asked to provide AML documentation, which made me lose confidence in the transaction.
I had to spend weeks chasing updates and collecting documentation because I no longer felt comfortable with the way my order was being handled. The whole experience was stressful and frustrating.
Based on my personal experience, I would not trust this company and I cannot recommend buying from them. I encourage anyone considering placing an order to do thorough research before sending any money.

I have been buying silver from this company for the last 3 years and putting it in storage. The prices are very cheap compared to other companies. When the price of silver passes 50€ I will sell it all. Their management system for storage is very good. I can always see what I have and what it is worth. I would recommend them.

Excellent company. I have been looking for a 10 Ounce silver bar from the Royal Mint to add to my collection. They didn’t have any on their website but I wrote to them anyways to ask. They told me that they did have 2 in stock, and so I placed an order. The bars arrived well packaged, and are in excellent condition. Overall, a good shopping experience and a satisfied customer. I would recommend this company.

I purchased several gold bars from Swiss Bullion - the lunar series ones with the snakes on them. My order arrived quickly, and the bars are brand new. The customer service here is also quite good. I wrote a few times asking questions and they always answer.

I bought a 1 ounce gold bar. I bought the kind where the company supplies whatever brand they have which is a lower premium. I was really pleased to receive a PAMP gold bar. Its brand new and in perfect condition. Everything went perfectly for my order.

I have placed and received two orders from Swiss Bullion so far. The first I ordered 4 weeks ago, and this second one 2 weeks ago. Both were for small gold Krugerrand coins in 1/10 and 1/4 ounces. Let me start by saying that the customer service was excellent. I had quite a few questions about the taxes owed on gold and about investing in gold coins, all of which were answered in depth before I placed my first order. I did write to two other companies before and neither bothered to reply. Both orders were shipped to me in one week. They arrived in very plain packaging - in fact, I did not even recognise that this box could be my order. The coins arrived each in their own clear plastic slip, and I was surprised that they were so new. I ordered coins from any year, and the onces that I got were brand new from 2024. Overall, I am really very happy with my experience, and I think that they offered me a very nice experience. I would recommend them.

Very high risk. Don't trust a company that only allows payment via transfer and crypto... these are unprotected purchases. The company history is limited and they are not regulated by the FCA. My bank strongly advised me NOT to pay and cancel my order as this company in the banks opinion had HIGH RISK AND UNPROTECTED options.
Only 1 other organic review exists and it is 1 star... and of the 15 other reviews they are from lots of different countries but all written in perfect English and not in native tongue... again a STRONG MARKER OF A SCAM.
The ONLY reason a company doesn't offer card payments is because THEY DONT WANT YOU TO HAVE PROTECTION.
so until they offer card payments AVOID AS HIGH RISK FOR SCAMMING. I buy and sell bullion a lot... NO other bullion dealer is unregulated. This website is dangerous.

Absolutely ridiculous!
Most of the Item can only be purchased to be in their vault storage. This is free for some time I think but after that they take your precious items as collateral and your virtual bill starts to go negative - without any email or notification - until you notice. If you want to sell you cant determine the sell-price and you need to sell it 10-20% below spot.

I purchased a Swiss Gold 1 Kilogram Bar. I received a bar manufactured by Metalor SA in Switzerland. The shipment arrived by UPS. The total delivery time was 10 business days from Zurich.

malgré l'attente mais payé moins chère et d'attendre je préfère que de recevoir directement et payer plus chère, mais c'est comme ça, ma commande reçu en 4 fois je pense a cause du corona, 2ème commande rien reçu pour le moment mais je pense que c'est leur méthode en tous cas tous est parfait une fois la commande reçu.
