Good service, fast shipment.

I ordered the swiss clinic roller and serum with the pay after offer.I got the products ,tried them on and I was pleased to see that it does what they said it will do.After that I paid and I am happy.I found this product on an add on facebook so the pay after u received your order give me more reassurance for buying new products from sites/brands which I havent tried known before.I m using the roller for 3 days now and i noticed a slight improvement on my skin.I am 31 years old I have a few wrinkles under my eyes and on my forehead .I have some acnee scars on my face especially on the cheeks .The improvement which i noticed in 3 days of using the product was with the radiance of my skin it was looking quite dull and grey now looks a bit more radiant .Considering i ve been only using it for 3 days i cant say if its effective or not on the acnee scars and wrinkles.I ll keep you posted after another 3- months about my experience

I was so happy when I have ordered my beauty pack from Swiss clinic on the 16.04.2017 as I heard many positive reviews from clients. On the 20th of April I have emailed customer service and I was insured ( by Henrik ) that on Monday I will definitely get the products. Tomorrow is my friend Birthday and I wanted to gift for her the Hair serum as I have ordered a duo. I don't understand why takes so long to deliver this products ! I want to safe an embarrassment as I won't have the product on time and I already told my friend that I have beautiful superice for her !

I purchased my order on the 15/04/17 and it is now the 23/04/17 and my order has still not arrived. I have emailed Swiss Clinic to ask for an update and no reply. Furthermore i have left a comment on their instagram account and again no reply. Understandable with it being the bank holiday the order hasnt been delivered on time however what im most unimpressed with is the lack of communication and response from the company. Considering i have purchased an item for £74, you'd receive better customer service from the pound store!

The delivery was fast and tracking parcel was excellent I have used item only once so I cannot say what I think of it at this time but the product was pack well and I look forward to the out come

Bought the Skin renewal pack and roller in 0.2mm. Great product so far. Makes my skin feel super smooth the day after and have only used it twice and already people have noticed a "glow" on my face! Sanitising spray is great and easy to use too. Would like to try the 0.5mm to treat acne scars and review again!

The money for my order was taken from my account 4 days before what I thought was the delivery of my order. It turned out that it was only part of the order. When I queried this I was told that they had contacted the warehouse and the remainder of my order would be sent out 'as soon as possible'. I am sure Victoria Beckham would not be satisfied with paying for something then being told she would receive it as soon as possible. Especially at the prices the products she is charging for.

Place order on 30/3/17 in Swiss Clinic's website that reported address in central London and "delivery by UPS" I though : will be quicker than amazon! My goods (2 small boxes -beauty products) will be delivered supposedly on 4 of May 2017 --I received 4 emails from Swiss clinic saying the goods were shipped (but not a sign on the delivery day )and another one later on from UPS with a schedule delivery time for 4th of May.......,in 1 month ! Very misleading website ! Should I trust them on the products they sell???? My rate is very low on the service -cannot tell about their products but will not buy again from them!

I was a bit confused regarding the delivery because I was also expecting a different delivery from another company but all has been received well! I have had my first 3 evenings or rolling so far and it is going very well. My skins seems more soft, more even and glowing already. I cannot wait to see the long term results!

Ordered on buy now pay within 14 days. I had an email on receipt of order and again when product was despatched. Product arrived promptly and well packaged. I am yet to use it yet but looks extremely high quality.

Ordered quite a few days ago, got 1 confirmation email and since then nothing about dispatch and nothing arriving. Have already received products from other websites ordered later. Disappointed.

Bloody anger & fuming no communication told one thing then another and bloody still ain't revived the stupid item "derma roller" I bet if I bought a cheap brand it would be here by now Kmt theses companies all lie trust none follow your instinct when u buying online they scammers! Kmt.

I bought the anti cellulite kit a couple of days ago. I have been using it for 3 days and I can see big difference into my skin . My skin is much more smooth and healthy now. I am so happy that I can enjoy the summer with a beautiful legs . Thanks so much for the great product.

I was looking for a good quality Derma Roller, and gladly came across Swiss Clinic. Their quality was what I was looking for. I phoned them up to place an order and the person who took my order was very helpful and polite.

Took my order when they know that they dont have the part of my order. Didn't apologise or anything! Very very poor service! Never ever deal with them!

This company must be a joke. I recommend that you spend more money in making customers happy rather than trapping them and taking their money.

After purchase email confirmation was almost unreadable. No information on when to expect the delivery. A week after I get an email saying they are out of stock. It's is generally good practice not to sell products you don't have. maybe integrated stock check should be part of your fulfillment process. I still have no idea when the shipment will be send and when it will receive it.

Lastly I get a stupid survey to rate the company. Really! Shouldn't you know you haven't sent me the products yet?!? What do you want me to rank? The crappy ecommerce experience?!?

Shouldn't you at least wait to send this survey until I have at least got the products and got a chance to is them?

I suggest, besides social marketing, you learn a thing or two about customer experience, ecommerce best and logistics.
