Deceptive labeling - Selling Hydrazide as Phenylpiracetam
I am writing this to warn other customers about the misleading practices of Swiss Herbal. I ordered classic Phenylpiracetam (well-known as Phenotropil), but I received Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide instead.
Legally and chemically, these are two different compounds with different pharmacological profiles and safety data. Despite the front of the packaging clearly displaying "PHENYLPIRACETAM" in large letters, the small print in the "Product Specification" section reveals it is actually the Hydrazide version.
When I contacted customer support, their response was dismissive. They claimed that the correct information was hidden deep in the "Specification" tab on their website and that the product name in the order is just a "shortened version." This is a clear case of deceptive labeling and unfair market practices.
In the EU, a product's name must accurately represent its contents. Selling a derivative under the name of the original compound is a violation of consumer rights. If you are looking for genuine Phenylpiracetam, be aware that this shop may send you a different chemical altogether without clear prior notice.
Avoid if you care about transparency and knowing exactly what you are putting into your body.
