We were recommended Switalskis by the building company when we bought a new build. They were very professional and excellent to deal with, communication was great and we never had any issues. The house move went smoothly.
They provide a great service and I would recommend to anyone who requires solicitors especially for a house move.

Catherine Smith supported me throughout the process, she helped explain things in a way that made sense to me, always replied promptly and eased my worries. I highly recommend them, their communication with my house builder and mortgage advisor was very efficient.

Nothing but positive things to say about Switalskis and Catherine and Richard in particular. We were slightly dubious that any solicitor could meet the required deadline of exchange of contracts in under six weeks but they ensured we were kept informed and on track all the way. Great client service and really helpful in explaining some relatively complex legal jargon into plain English.

There is too much paperwork back and forth which is overwhelming as 1st time buyers.
But Ben Wilson of Switalskis made it easy with guidance and follow ups every step of the way. With our difficult work pattern he would talk to us after hours at times.
