I will not be using this company in future. The end of tenancy was not up to standard and when John and Oliva ( names supplied by Stephen) came back as they had not cleaned the bottom of the oven tray and the splatter tray at the top of the oven, dust on top of the shelves and mirror and pictures. They had mopped without vacuuming so lot of dust was still on the laminate flooring. They cleaned everything in 10 minutes which show how they could have managed to clean when there was so much that needed cleaning and John was very aggressive as he had to come back to clean again. In fact when I told him that there is still layers of dust in the boiler room and they have not dusted at all and showed it to him. He just cleaned the wooden shelf in the boiler room and left the rest and started to be very aggressive towards me.
SYK- cleaners had clean my 3 bedroom house very well. They clean my kitchen and bathrooms to shine. My carpet now is like a new. Thank you for your great work.

3 cleaners came to my small 1 bedroom flat and stayed more than 3 hours. The property was already in a really good condition. When I came back for a final inspection I noticed that the fridge/freezer hadn't been cleaned to a high standard. There were also parts of the bathtub and some window edges that hadn't been touched...When I pointed out these areas however, the cleaners quickly made good. It was just a shame I had to point them out as they were all pretty obvious.
Very happy with our tenancy cleaning and now we get our deposit back.

The most abysmal service of any sort I can remember. No thought or care involved. Badly prepared, ill equipped, lazy and rude.
I was hoping that an END OF TENANCY CLEANING result would be impressive not depressing and a waste of hours of my time.
Amateuristic patchy job at best. AVOID.
SYK’s cleaning team were booked for an end of tenancy clean and started at about 9am. At 11.30am they told me they had finished. Upon entering the flat I could clearly see that to start with the floor had not been cleaned – there was a large dirty footprint on the floor infront of me and this matched the rest of the very dirty floor. I pointed out the nearest patch of especially dirty floor and showed that my finger went black with the dirt. The cleaner reluctantly sprayed some surface cleaning spray at the patch and wiped at it lazily so I pointed out further patch and explained that the entire floor had not been cleaned at all. The cleaner stopped this half hearted point solution and sprayed a slightly larger area and then used a long handled duster mop with a couple of lazy passes. I gestured that the furniture needed to be moved and the floor properly cleaned - it was obvious that either nothing had been done or they had just gone through the motions without either paying any attention or not caring, probably both. I asked her what language they spoke and she said Bulgarian. So my wife google translated the letter from SYK that described what was supposed to have been agreed and what I had asked for.
I also spoke to a manager from SYK on the phone. He started by suggesting that I ask the cleaners to mop the floor in front of me. (Later when I phoned he denied that he had said this and suggested I just didn’t want to pay and that he believed they had cleaned the floor three times as they had told him.)
The cleaners were reluctantly persuaded to mop the floor with hot water but I had to insist on them changing the water when it was obviously black with dirt.
There was just no thought or care involved which was very frustrating.
After exhaustively having to ask the cleaners to clean all the floor and skirting areas they had missed the next thing I checked, the bathroom, was not cleaned properly: There were areas of thick grime on the floor tiles in two corners for a start. A young man who had been in their car turned up (maybe a son) who it turned out spoke English and behaved as a translator - he was tried to use a polishing cloth on the dirty bathroom tiles. I had to get some of my own product and suggested he use a brush. But he insisted on using a kitchen scouring pad. He was only interested in saying they had to go to another job.
After over two hours of this process during which time mainly the boy or only one cleaner would sort of do a task as the other two stood there looking sullen and making comments or arguing on the phone. It was like having teeth pulled to get more than one of them to do anything
This was not a professional service, it was awful. The cleaners were clearly totally unprepared, less than unmotivated, surly and ungrateful and rude when I did pay them.
I ended up feeling I had to pay the cleaners because unfortunately I did not just send them away when they first claimed it was done – I am a fair and honest person and as I had tried to insist on them completing the job I felt I should pay them. I should have sent them away without payment on seeing the lack of work they had done when they claimed it was cleaned.
The blinds were not cleaned at all but the company did return and carried out spot solutions on the many areas of the blinds that required cleaning. After more effort and another hour wasted I managed to encourage a reasonable job on the blinds. To be fair this return cleaner obviously knew what he was doing. But the bathroom tiles are not done and the rest of the job is still sub-sub-standard.
I ranted at his colleague about the appalling service I had received and it seems to be company policy to make lame excuses and argue. When my wife showed her the photos she apologised to us.
