It's a good website and the only one I found that stocked the perfume I wanted. I ordered two different perfumes, and love both! Package also included some samples. It has been worth the wait. 🥰 The only thing to bear in mind is that the delivery may take slightly longer than expected if you are ordering from the UK website.

Here's a timeline for reference. I ordered on 25th August, with an estimated delivery of 2nd–7th September. Order shipped notification received on 1st September and Royal Mail tracking didn't show any result until 4th September. Order received on 10th September. Thanks team I will be ordering again!

I didnt recieve my product, there is no way of contacting them, there is no one to talk to to discuss my order, and royal mail have no record of my tracking number absolute SCAM!!!

The purchase price compared to other's was far better even with postage added, the ordering was effortless, dispatch was reasonably quick, overall very happy with the whole experience

No items delivered, this must be a scam. I’ve been given a Royal Mail tracking number which Royal Mail state does not exist. Ordered mid August. Nothing received and no responses to my email.
I think I’ve gone past trying to find excuses for the poor service and realise I’ve been scammed. Do not use as by the looks of it I’m not the only one to pay out, have no delivery and no refund!!!!

les prix sont attractifs, l envoi rapide.
cependant, une erreur sur ma commande.
j avais commandés 3 flacons Melina parfums "BLACK MAGIC" et j ai recu 3 flacons "RED MAGIC".
je peux entendre une rupture de stock et donc avoir un autre produit a la place..mais faudrait il me prevenir..
le lien pour le "retour" ne fonctionne pas..l adresse mail est ko aussi apres avoir envoyé un mail...j ai recu une notification que le mail n existait pas...un message laissé sur le telephone portable la aussi.resté a ce jour sans reponse..
le sens clientele est pas une priorité apparement.

neanmoins je note avec 4 etoiles car par chance le parfum Red Magic sent tres bon et me convient, il n y a pas de sentiment de "vol" car est vendu 1€ de plus par flacon que le black magic.
1 etoile de perdue juste pour l etape "apres vente" dommage...mais sinon je recommanderai surement sur ce site.

Absolutely a scam ordered over 10 days ago no tracking number and no contact there email address on customer support is not working so please save your money and buy elsewhere

it’s been 7 days still no sign of my order

J’ai commandé 13 produits auprès de cette entreprise, et à ma grande surprise, tous étaient périmés depuis plus de 12 mois à leur réception.

J’ai essayé de contacter le service client à plusieurs reprises au cours des trois derniers jours afin de trouver une solution, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à mes e-mails. Cette absence totale de communication est très décevante.

Je me retrouve aujourd’hui avec des produits inutilisables et j’ai perdu l’argent dépensé pour cette commande. J’attendais un minimum de contrôle qualité ainsi qu’un service après-vente réactif, mais mon expérience a malheureusement été très négative.

J’espère que l’entreprise améliorera ses procédures de contrôle des stocks et répondra plus rapidement aux clients confrontés à ce type de problème.

I ordered 13 products from this company, and to my great surprise, all of them had expired more than 12 months prior to delivery.

I have tried contacting customer service several times over the past three days to find a solution, but I have received no response to my emails. This complete lack of communication is very disappointing.

I am now left with unusable products and have lost the money I spent on this order. I expected a minimum level of quality control and responsive customer service, but unfortunately, my experience has been very negative.

I hope the company will improve its inventory control procedures and respond more quickly to customers facing this type of problem.

I have still not received my order and their customer service will not accept my email. It has been 12 days since i ordered without any luck. To top it off, I can’t even track my parcel anymore as it’s’no longer trackable. I’m waiting a few more days and see what happens

Good service ....kept informed of progress.... excellent product

The goods arrived on time despite having to travel internationally. The fragrance was priced very competitively even with deliverycharges.
