You should solve your delivery problem, your delivery comes very late.

I regret buying from this brand Avoid sylvi - not worth the money or headache
I ordered a SYLVI watch that looked great online but in real life the build quality was disappointed
The bigger issue? Their customers service is extremely rude and unhelpful I asked for help regarding warrenty and they responded unprofessional almost like they don't want to deal with customer
