Do not hire this company. The short story is I just received my claim settlement against Symbian’s bond. Poor workmanship, dishonesty, unskilled subs, lack of supervision by Foreman, the list goes on. I don’t know what’s going on at that company that they can have such good reviews yet I got such subpar work. Then a subpar response by them to my complaints. When you think of bad contractors, that was my experience with Symbian.

Symbian Construction has been a blessing. Marc Brandy owner of the company is very professional and knowledgeable, and the men who work for him are personable, organized, respectful, hard workers, and mindful that their working environment is someone's home. I highly recommend this company and their workers.

As a first time homeowner I was intimated when it came to finding a contractor for a significant exterior wall repair.

I contacted several and Marc, alongside of the rest of the Symbian crew had not only the best quote, but far and away the most consistent and helpful communication.

When it came to the several day job, the level of detail orientation, transparency, and work ethic exceeded my every expectation.

On top of that, the working crew was personable, communicative, and a pleasure to interact with.

Marc and team did, what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it.

I will go to them directly for all future building requirements.

I had a great experience with Symbian when they did our bathroom semi-remodel (tub, shower and tile). From when Marc first came out to have a look and give us a quote, he listened carefully to what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions for what might work in the space, and didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. The project manager George and his team were professional, polite and efficient and left our new tub/shower looking and working great.
