The training by Mr Alok B was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Mr. Alok is one of those speakers/trainers who truly loves his audience and gives them more than they expect.

One of the best platform to start career in IT with the help of Alok sir and also with all the staff members, always ready to help and best support system throughout the training!

The Business Analysis training by Sync IT Learning is informative and in-depth with invaluable inputs from an experienced trainer like Alok. His vast knowledge on the topic and the IT industry in general, helps you strengthen the concepts. His sessions are interactive, the answers to any and all questions are detailed and clear. Above all, he really cares about his students and their growth. A terrific mentor who guides you every step of the way. Looking forward to signing up for more training programs in the near future.

Alok Sir is a very good trainer with deep understanding of business analyst concepts. He is true professional who keeps his students motivated and helps each one of them with the course work by giving real world business examples.

Alok Bhatia is such an amazing Mentor anyone could think of. He is a perfectionist in what ever he does, let it be teaching, clarifying doubts, documenting etc.. he is truly gifted and I'm honored to have attended his classes. He always gives right feedback and has stupendous memory. By the end of the course you are filled with clear concepts about not just Business Analyst but also about product owner, scrum master, project manager. I would definitely take his PMP classes in future. I have never come across such an awesome teacher in my life! Definitely recommend to take his classes.

Alok sir is great mentor and his sessions are very knowledgeable which eased the concepts of Business Analyst

BAbyAB course has motivated me to move ahead with my IT career. Alok is such a brilliant and amazing mentor to have training with. His teachings have improved me a lot and inspired me to work hard to improve myself everyday and achieve my goals. A special thanks to Solution Sync team who are very helpful and responsive to any query

Sync IT’s training curriculum is comprehensive and is geared towards giving non-IT candidates a real world experience. Alok is a phenomenal teacher and his approach to teaching BA skills is centered around providing students with hands-on experience through lectures and homework. Alok always provides constructive feedback and steers his students to make gradual improvements in their skills.

Beyond the training, my experience with other Sync IT professionals has been exceptional. Both my recruiting and marketing managers have provided prompt response to my queries and are always available to help me navigate the IT maze!!

It’s a great learning experience for me at Sync IT Learning for the following reasons.

1. You get customized mentoring based on your education, skills, and experience. All the candidates like me are Work in Progress (WIP) but at different distances from the finishing line.
2. Mentors such as Alok Bhatia are industry experts who are highly adept, precise and diligent themselves, traits that are inspiring for the mentees. He offers vast knowledge and experience on various domains that the aspiring BA’s should grasp.
3. Sync IT Learning documents every little communication, even the trivial ones for future references. This will enable you to witness your progress from the baseline date when you joined.
4. Mock sessions are salient feature that gives you insight on how other candidates are preparing themselves. You will learn by seeing the greatness and shortfalls of other candidates. It’s so transparent and clear!
5. Everyone is encouraged to attend mock sessions. It’s my individual perception that all the attendees are my team mates working towards similar goals.
6. I have not yet subscribed to PMP or SaFe Agile certifications with Sync IT learning, however based on the previous BA sessions, I can say they are highly beneficial for the candidates who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Alok Sir is best trainer one can have. Very professional but one thing I have noticed other than his professionalism he doesn't provide you professional guidance but also mental boost if you just in case feel like giving up. He is great teacher and mentor. Unfortunately I can give him 5 star if I would have more stars to give I would have given him 100 stars. I just finish my BA classes with him and I am very grateful to him for everything. Overall all team is so helpful and very much available whenever you need them

After getting a high recommendation from one of my friends, I was motivated to attend Alok Bhatia’s BA class. Before the class, my knowledge of the domain was miles away. In the beginning, It was difficult to formulate all the new terminology but Alok Bhatia’s deep understanding of the subject matter and his pedagogical skills help all candidates, to enhance their understanding of this new subject like a breeze. At the back of Alok Bhatia, a Sync IT Learning team that is so good at collaborating and managing multiple responsibilities. Thank you all for providing an opportunity for this great learning experience.

Alok, the PMP instructor, and the staff were awesome before, during and after my PMP classes with them. Before the classes started, the sales person was constantly in touch with me and providing information towards the start date. During the lecture, Alok was at the top of his game, knowledgeable and allowed instructor and students discussions. You can stop him, and say Alok, what is this and that... At the end of the classes, the staff were still in touch to know how I was feeling and still provided me with additional materials to gain more confident. The good news is I took my exam the first time and passed, all sections were above target. Thank you Guys.

He is good teacher and highly knowledgable.

This is the best place for learning if you want to find the best Instructor around, Thanks for make everything easier I’ll see you in your next class. Thanks

It was a great experience learning with SyncIT Learning. Recently, I have taken training on SAFe Agile 5.1 from one of the faculty Smitha Sasidharan. Got a clear picture of what SAFe Agile is all about. Smitha is really an awesome mentor to take knowledge from.
Thank you to the entire Sync IT Learning team for being very cooperative and helping every candidate to fill the gap in their learning journey.

Smitha is a great teacher and she makes sure that everyone understands the topic before moving on to the next topic. I attended her POPM class and its because of her efforts only that i am SAFe POPM certified and it helped me to get a job easily. She takes her classes seriously which means every candidate gets the best learning from her. She is awesome.
