Horrible. Once i received the package, it was supposed to be a lighting projector of the ocean and galaxy in 5D. It was a projector with only different stars and only filled a small room. It couldn't fill a normal size bedroom, just disgusting taking people's money on False advertisement.

Total scam site. No way to contact or file refund claim. Never got what I paid for. Filed claim through credit card.

This company is a scam. I ordered one of those so called starter kits of the galaxy & got a damn stick you plug in &it shows circles....what a frigging scam.

I would give them a minus rating if possible. This “company” is a scam! Take your money, fake shipping and delivery(that never comes), there is no customer service, they dodge any responsibility for resolving their fake hustle. DO NOT PURCHASE!! You are screwed if you do. Fake US award, if it were true they would not be claiming shipping from China, it would be made in the USA! SCAMMERS!

I ordered the Topacme ambient ceiling light. Received in about 2 weeks time and all it displays is some little stars; not bright enough for ceiling..just the bottom of my kitchen cabinet. I have emailed the company several times and no response.

I'm getting the you left something in your cart or your cart misses you like everyone else. What a scam. Need to contact my credit card company and try to get a refund.

Bought the family 3 pack with the $8 faster shipping on July 3, 2026. Charged my card, no kind of contact except for an acknowledgement of the order, charge, then finally in a week or so, order being processed. Mean while many emails stating that my shopping cart misses me, and tha I've left items in my cart, and to complete my order. ANYWAYS, finally, through the tracking number link, it shows progress, US customs, blah, blah, blah. In Sacramento Ca distribution center August 2nd for a couple of days, then finally it's in my town, some place? The messages were in Chinese and showed multiple delivery services but that didn't help. So it sat in Redding CA somewhere for 3 days then tracked it more and it was sent back to Sacramento CA distribution center. Multiple emails, no response, contacted Shop and they were no help. Today 08/08/26 received an email my order was canceled because I didn't complete my order, but there's time to complete it with a 30% discount. LMAO WHAT A JOKE!

Like everyone else below, I was scammed! The order never arrived, and there’s been zero contact. Yet another lesson learned: thoroughly check websites before making a purchase.

Total scam no way to contact them waited two months to get product. It was nothing that they had said it would be do not waste your money. Ignore anything that comes from this company.

I ordered Topacme® Ambience Light 2 pack for my granddaughter on July 1 2026. Checked tracking on package and it said delivered on July 28 2026, did not receive any packages. Went on website to contact seller and it lists a construction company out of Maryland as the company contact. This site is a scam, I’ll be contacting my credit card company to see if I can get a refund ($35.00) warning never buy from this site

I ordered two 3D projectors supposed to show an ocean scene on the ceiling. What a load of crap, it does not show an ocean scene all it shows is purple dots on the ceiling doesn't cover the whole ceiling and it's not what I ordered. I've sent numerous emails to this scam of a company and have yet to receive a reply from any of my emails. Do not purchase from this company you will get nothing you ordered. It's also coming from China so it's not going to be here in 3 to 5 days going to be here in 3 to 5 weeks and it's not going to be what you thought you were getting. Scam, scam, scam, scam, scam.

I recieved an item that was nothing like the picture of what I thought I was ordering. It's laughable.. I have tried for days to reach out to the company to find out about a return.. and no one will reply back to me. There is no phone number or a person to talk to. I feel very scammed by this company.

This is a total scam. Ordered in June for grandchildren and never received. Contacted them and they do not respond. Fake tracking and delivery notice. Stated items were delivered by post office, but post office has no record of receiving or delivery and tracking number provided is untraceable. Also said items were delivered on a Sunday and our post office does not deliver on Sundays.

Ever since I purchased this usb projection, the company has sent no information that it left the company. The order never got filled and I got JACKED for $112.

This site seems to be a scam. They can’t be contacted. The email addresses they claim are not real addresses.

Complete rip-off. This company needs to be investigated. Item was noted as delivered. Never received it.

Ordered a USB projector. They use Shop to track and even though I already received a delivery it still shows its awaiting merchant information. Took three weeks to receive it. It came from China to California and then transferred to USPS. The final delivery was via postal from someone's suburban residence. Not what I ordered and the credit card was charged $31.15 when the total was $25.96. Sent an email to them and it has thus been unanswered. Already tried to dispute it with the credit card company but they said it has to be settled with the merchant directly.
