Defective product and lack of responsibility
I purchased lithium batteries from Shenzhen Huihang Technology Co., Ltd. (contact: Jiajun You).
One of the batteries showed defects from the first operation, confirmed by BMS logs and system alarms.
Despite providing technical evidence, the supplier refused to acknowledge the issue and rejected the data from the battery’s own monitoring system.
The only solution offered was to return a 130 kg battery at my own expense, organizing and pre-paying transport, with no clear guarantees on reimbursement or replacement timelines.
The supplier rejected all reasonable alternatives, including replacement of defective internal components or fair compensation.
Communication was inconsistent, especially regarding logistics and responsibilities.
After a long dispute process, only minimal compensation was obtained through Alibaba, far below the real loss.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this supplier. Buyers should be aware of the risks, especially regarding after-sales support and responsibility in case of defective products.
