Their communication is brilliant. Have only been using these for a short time but will definitely be our go to for future purchases. Prices are very reasonable on 99% of their products (from what I have required) I have managed to save a fair bit purchasing from T-mex. well done to all involved in making smooth transactions

These guys are good yet sometimes they…
These guys are good yet sometimes they miss opportunity to raise customer service level. In my recent order I misunderstood the sizing criteria when selecting components. It was obvious from my order that I wanted to join all of the components together yet I missed that the valves had spigot connections (which is unusual in other pipework standards) Therefore I wasn’t able to complete my project efficiently
