Orded on 13th February still not delivered

I have been using T2 vape liquids for a long time due to price and quick delivery.
I usually but tobacco flavour, and have become little bit concerned about how they produce this flavour,.
written to T2 several times to find out if they use
Naturally Extracted Tobacco (NET) methods or chemicals to produce this.
Up to now there has not been any reply from T2.
will be greatful if anyone know anything about this.

Grabbed a bottle of this yesterday as they didn’t have any of my usual oil left. This stuff is utter flavourless garbage.

Won't upload age verification, took money first though

Website won't upload my ID for age verification so my order is not being shipped. Had no problem taking my money though. No response from website contact form. Won't be using this lot again.

And now a reply, 6 months later. Absolutely useless.

Ordered for the first time from T2VAPE because of the price. Was curious what kind of quality I may get for the price, as I vape since 2013 and never has spent less then 3 or £4 per 10ml bottle. Gave myself a few weeks of use and I am very happy. The custom service have been absolutely brilliant and fast with their response when I got problems with Royal mail delivery. Definitely I am going to use them in the future. Highly recommend

T2-Vape has the best E-Liquids around and great value for money.
There are e-vapes with low prices around.

Liquids are great but delivery is unsuitable. No delivery notification email and no traking number without contacting your office each order (royal mail dont deliver to my apartment).

Have recently placed 2 orders and have had problems with both of them.

First order was placed at the start of February 2023, after waiting patiently for the delivery to arrive, I have up on the 10th day and emailed T2's customer support to chase up my order. After emailing back and forth for 48 hours, they finally admitted it was lost and resent the parcel via DPD courier, this arrived the next day.

I gave the company a second chance and placed another order at the end of February. This time I chose their "premium delivery" option, which advertised next day delivery. I waited 48 hours without a delivery before emailing their customer service again. This time I was told that they were very sorry but they "are out of stock of the boxes for the liquids you require". They offered 3 options to resolve the issue; wait, refund or receive the delivery without the boxes. I opted to receive the delivery without boxes, and also asked when the items would ship.

After 24 hours with no reply, I called the 0800 number advertised on their site. When I was finally put through to someone who could help (the first person claimed to not know the company), I was told that my parcel was lost in the post!?!? They now claim that they have resent the parcel and it should arrive over a week after I ordered them next day delivery.

Ordering from T2 Vape/T2 eliquids is more hassle than it's worth and I will be avoiding them from now on.
