This company is an absolute Joke!
Take payments for treatment that didn’t happen. A hassle to cancel the loan and when I finally managed to do so I received a refund of one month’s payment despite having made 10 monthly payments!! I can only contact them via email or we chat, which is a red flag, then to compound the problem I was told by Eugenia the policy is they refund each monthly payment separately. Absolute nonsense. When I asked to be put through to someone with authority to provide a solution I get sent the complaint email and ended the chat. I will be reporting to the FCA. Absolute scandalous conduct for a finance broker.

This company starts to take payments before treatments are processed. Paying money each month for something that is not happening. Also will charge you stupid amounts of interest if the practice cancels your treatments. And will not refund it. Also takes ages to get a refund from this company. 1/10 do not recommend
