Everything came just as advertised. Great company will definitely order again.

Same as other reviewers from nov 2025-jan 2026, it has been 6 weeks and multiple attempts for contacts via email and phone and no reaponse.

This is not a reputable company, I have reached out about an order placed 25 days ago with no update, tracking or anything. I want a full refund. Terrible company.

I didn't receive the e-giftcard and contacted your business and was basically told too bad because your closing.

I made an order from Tacticon on November 30th. I was purchasing a gift for my brother and paid 50.95 for the original gift. My credit card was charged and I saw an order confirmation page when I checked out online. No email was sent to me and I received no communication. After following up with my brother I found nothing had arrived to his house a month later. I made another order assuming the first order had just been lost along the way and I could get it resolved, but wanted to have the gift shipped in the meantime. I followed up with an email to the company and received a response stating my order status could not be confirmed, and they could not give me a return or a refund, and that nothing from my orders was eligible for any resolution because the company was imminently closing. There was no indication of this anywhere on the site and they did not give any advance notice of this during the entire checkout process. I am now out the cost of 2 orders, and have disputed the charges with my credit card. I do not recommend doing any business with Tacticon Armament and instead doing some research before proceeding.

Tacticon stood out to me for its solid quality and attention to detail. The gear felt durable and well made, and shipping was faster than I expected. It's the kind of brand you feel confident buying from again.

If I could give one star I Would! No reason it should take them this long as they do to ship! And apparently they have been this way for a long time. Worthless company. But they seem to be keeping up with the podcast he has and other things seem more important, focus just SOME of that energy on your shop! Evidently owner & employees aren’t doing as they should. Will not EVER shop with them again and if you're new and thinking of shopping with them, DON’T. It will take you MONTHS to get your item IF you ever even get it.

Placed an order on Oct 29. Did not receive a confirmation email. Had to reach out to customer service to obtain. It is now December 9th and the order has still not shipped. Contacted customer service twice over the past month and both times they claim “internal systems are down”. Yet their website is still up and running, fully functional, taking orders I presume. Not sure how they got so many decent reviews. Guess I just got the short end of the stick with this company. Not really worried about $30. Just trying to help the next person avoid. Spend the extra with another reputable company, or proceed with caution.

Company is trash, customer service is trash.Shipping is trash, placed an order never received.Don't shop with this company

The wait time was a little long but worth it. The pates are light but I don't feel inadequate with them. Love your guy's gear!

Product delivery took about 6 weeks.
I did contact Tacticon a couple times and they did get back to me, but it was just "we are backed up".
Ordered in early October and arrived late November.

Great quality with good assembly instructions.

The coupons I used made a great product very affordable. Minus 1 star for prolonged shipping time (over 1 month), and minus 1 star for poor/absent customer service while reaching out to inquire about the wait. But the product arrived intact, and at a great price, eventually

Placed an order, it’s been in processing for over 25 days. Customer service is non existent. I emailed over a week ago with no response and no one answers phone support or returns calls

Never received my items. Wuld appreciate it if you guys can send me a replacement of the items I ordered.

I really liked Jake's videos and I bought a lot of his merchandise. However, it has been a while where most of the stuff are constantly out of stock. Why? I'm slowly moving away from Tacticon because they don't restock fast enough, and it takes a long time to ship.

Come on, you guys have a great potential.

I don't care what the latest hoopla is about the company, I've only had insanely good experiences when dealing with the employees, the products are all insanely good, myself and people way more qualified have been testing the gear and it's all fantastic.

I’ve never had a problem with this company and I do like all the products I’ve ever bought. Shipping this time took almost 3 weeks to get my product, I ordered a flat faced trigger but got the opposite, I didn’t even bother trying to contact them or send it back due to the time it took for me to get the wrong product in the first place. But overall I do enjoy supporting this company.

Great equipment, prices and service

You sold me something you knew wouldnt fit. Then when I asked you about what we can do to make it right you said "it was a discounted item so there is no warranty." Sad. Ill never buy another product from you again.
