Delivery was very fast, and I also appreciated the personal note on the envelope—it was a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel a bit more special

As someone who has always avoided flossing because my teeth are so tightly packed, I wasn’t sure how well this electronic flosser would work. Although the floss still gets caught between some of my teeth, it is much easier to remove than with a traditional flosser.

The floss itself is excellent quality. Every time it gets caught, I expect it to snap as I pull it free, but so far it has remained intact every time. The handle also feels very well made, with a solid, premium feel that’s similar to an electric toothbrush.

I’m really pleased with this purchase. There is a bit of a learning curve while you get used to using it, but once you’ve had a little practice it’s much easier. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it, especially for anyone with tightly packed teeth who struggles with traditional flossing.

I usually struggle using floss the floss sticks or the inter dental brushes. Stefan’s invention is amazing. The Tahir electric flosser is so much easier to use. It is like holding an electric toothbrush but with a flosser head. You can easily insert it between tight gaps by biting down on the plate. Then to remove it you need to try Stefan’s mums method, which Stefan kindly shared with me. If you are struggling to remove the floss definitely give it a go. I think Stefan will achieve his mission to get more people flossing with the Tahir. I would recommend giving it a try 😃

Amazing product! i'm surprised someone didn't think of this earlier. I find flossing my teeth a chore and this helps make it so much easier as it does most of the work for you. Flossing is now done and dusted in around 1-2 mins each morning. I've recommended this to all my friends too! I used to use Waterpik but this is far superior.

I bought the Tahir water flosser after my dentist gave me a well-deserved telling off for not flossing enough! It arrived within just a few days and came with plenty of replacement heads, which was a great bonus.

I've been really impressed with the flosser – it's easy to use, works brilliantly, and has definitely made flossing part of my daily routine.

Unfortunately, through my own heavy-handedness, I managed to break the charger. I contacted customer service expecting to have to jump through hoops, but they were absolutely fantastic. They even sent me a personalised video response and had a replacement charger with me within a couple of days.

A great product backed up by exceptional customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Good luck with the babies ❤️

What an amazing piece of kit. The floss itself is so strong it’s unbelievable compared to the hand pulling stuff. Stefan the main man went way and above customer care when I contacted him he went to the trouble to send me a personal video explaining that it’s all sorted and in the post. I’ve never witnessed something like that in my whole life. Wow. Even though he must be extremely tired as he and his wife have just had a new baby boy. That’s their second one. I really do recommend the tahir dental floss which is an added, and essential, bonus to my dental care. Amazing bit of kit and amazing after care service. Thank you so much. Steve.

I forgot to add the tongue scraper. It feels so gentle unlike the large metal ones that can make u gag but this one is not intrusive over a large area but feels very gentle but does an amazing job of keeping your tongue clean and fresh. It’s a pleasure to use and an added bonus to my cleaning ritual. Thanx Stefan for looking after our mouth hygiene. Take care. Steve

I’ve used other interdental cleaning methods - floss and tape are tricky and hard work, those tiny brushes leave little bits of microplastic in my mouth, and a water flosser is ok, but messy and a bit unhygienic But this Tahir rechargeable flosser is amazing! It’s effective, hygienic and pleasant and quick to use. The customer service is also spectacular. My teeth are close together and initially I broke the floss trying to remove it each time. I sent a message from the Tahir website, and within 20 minutes I had a personal video reply from Stefan explaining and demonstrating two methods of using the flosser, one of which quickly solved the problem for me. I am now able to effectively floss my teeth, and they feel so clean that I now do it twice a day, before each brushing. Thank you for this great product, Stefan - everyone should use one!

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. This electric flosser is absolutely amazing, very easy and comfortable to use. Your teeth feel really clean after using for a few minutes each day.
Stefan is such a lovely guy too, very helpful and has created some really great support videos.
I will be recommending the Tahir flosser to all my friends and family.

I was sceptical as an ad for this popped up on my social media.
Read the About Us & how/ why this product was invented.
Then read the details offering 100 days no risk.
I floss, sometimes it’s difficult to get to my back teeth and some of my teeth are close together - so ordered!
Really swift delivery along with a video on how to effectively use the flosser.
3 weeks in am really happy I bought this - needed some guidance, reached out to Stefan, customer service exemplary…
Would not hesitate to recommend- have just purchased another unit for my sis using the family discount code.

I ordered the flosser because the introductory offer seemed too good to miss and had the guarantee of satisfaction or a refund . I had tried many other flossing methods without success because of the tiny gaps in my teeth .
My order arrived in a timely manner with a lovely personal message from the founder of the company . And I absolutely LOVE it ,it’s so easy to use , i’ll never use anything else now .

Amazing flosser!!! I hate flossing, it irritates me and i just never get it done. I genuinely believe this will change my families oral routine. Stefan the owner is really sound as well, he will reply and help with any customer service issues! I have impacted teeth and this flosser fits and normally i snap normal dental floss!!!

Took me a few days to perfect the flossing technique due to having tightly spaced teeth, but now I have I cannot give anything less than a 5 star review for both the product and customer service direct with Stefan himself.
I unfortunately left the stem part of my flosser behind in holiday, but emailed Stefan and he responded the same day, including a personalised video, to say a replacement had been sent on a next day delivery. Could not ask for better than that. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner and using the Flosser is now part of my daily routine. Just hope my dentist notices a difference on my next visit.
Stefan, I wish you every success and congratulations on the birth of your son.

Wow! what a genuinely fantastic company! Cannot recommend the 5* customer service enough, it’s refreshing in this day and age.
The flosser is really good quality and easy to use, can’t wait to see the results with regular use.
Thankyou very much & I wish your product/business all the best!

I bought the new electric flosser a couple of months ago and it is absolutely amazing. I have always struggled with plaque and hated the hygienist as my teeth are sensitive. This is life changing for me . My teeth have never felt so clean and healthy. Stefan the owner of Tahir is really lovely and the service is 2nd to none . I thoroughly recommend this product, give it a try you won’t regret it .

The flosser is a brilliant addition to my dental routine! I used to hate flossing but this has made it so much easier for me and my arthritic hands.
I contacted them on Tuesday afternoon, as I had accidentally thrown away the floss head attachment and wanted to buy a replacement. My ADHD brain was in full swing that day!
Stefan, the founder and MD, replied the very next morning. He emailed me with a personal video, saying he was putting a replacement in the post, which arrived today, Thursday. Now that is excellent customer service, receiving a free replacement less than 48 hours after I reached out to them!! Thank you so so much!
I thoroughly recommend this company!

This flosser is truly the best out there. I have tried them all. Having spent a fortune having composite bonding done, I am obsessed with maintenance and keeping my teeth as clean as possible. The Tahir flosser is a game changer. Its super quick, simple to use, and gets in between my tiny spaces perfectly to reach up into my gum line. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. The delivery was quick and customer care service excellent, with a follow up email from the company owner, Stefan, who provides a short simple explanatory video. He even provides his personal email address incase you have any questions about the product or tips on best practice use. I am buying all my family one for Christmas, easiest Xmas shopping ever!

Love this product and the company 😊
Firstly why has no one ever thought of this before!
The product arrived quickly, and looks very smart, White with a touch of chrome.
There are simple to understand instructions both inside the box and on the website.
It took me about a week to feel confident using the product , but then I've spent 30+ years or so of my life using Wax Dental thread & floss, often getting it stuck in-between my teeth or making my gums sore from going at it too hard!
But this is a game changer for me, and it is now a pleasure to floss twice a day.☺️
I highly recommend having a try with this, I think you will be pleasantly surprised what a difference it makes to your overall gum health and smile 😁
I also want to mention the First Class service you will receive from the Company Owner 'Stefan '
I have never experienced such personal, genuine, helpful , professional customer service before in all of my 65 years !
I hope his business continues to be super successful and I shall take this opportunity to also wish 'Stefan' and his young family a happy & hopefully long life.

Product spectacular and customer service even more so! Above and beyond when I had an issue with the flosser head - sorted and sent a new one same day with personalized video sent - completely recommend! Thanks and congrats on the baby!!!!

Amazing service and fantastic product. I have struggled to floss for a while and need to sort my gum’s out!
This has really helped and is so easy to use - especially with the expert guidance from Stefan.
Brilliant quick delivery and first class customer service - thank you

This device is brilliant. Really has helped with my oral hygiene routine and is so easy to use.
The customer service & care is amazing.
There had been a slight delay with some of the extra floss heads and Stefan made sure he kept in touch about the order and let you know as soon as everything was on it way. He made sure you had enough to keep you going until the new supply came in and they were posted out ASAP.
Cannot fault this company or the product and definitely recommend to anyone who flosses - this device is a game changer 🩷

I have been using this electric flosser for the past 8 weeks; within just the first 2 weeks of usage I noticed a significant difference with my teeth and gums.

I would recommend this device to anyone looking to improve their oral health.
