I thought i ordered from Okura Cookware, but i ordered from this scam site. All reviews are bought. Took me 3 weeks for my package to arrive only to find out it is not real titanium?! Also i am already waiting 3 days for a response. Don’t fall for this scam.

Taiko have been great with there communication through out the whole ordering and delivery process. I was always notified when deliveries were coming and the were very responsive when emailed.
Now my order has arrived and I am very pleased with how it cooks and the ease of cleaning!

Bought the titanium chopping board. What arrived was not in any way similar to what was shown in the advert. Had no branding and was of very poor quality. It marked every time i chopped something on it, which makes me believe its not even titanium. Very disappointed, will be asking to return it for a full refund. Will let you know how i get on

I purchased a Titanium Complete Cookware Bundle (6 pots/pans + lids), a Pure Safe Titanium Cooking Utensils (SET of 4) and the order came with a Professional Japanese Chef Knife – 8.1-Inch (20.5 cm). I also ordered a Pure Titanium Master Cooking Pot (1 pot/pan + lid).
I received only half of the Titanium Complete Cookware Bundle, the utensil and the Master Cooking Pot.
Taiko advise the the other half of the Titanium Complete Cookware Bundle will be delivered separately due with weight issues??
The concerning thing is that Taiko tracking says the Titanium Complete Cookware Bundle has been delivered - there is no separate tracking for the 3 missing pots. Therefore, there is no indication when the missing pots will be shipped or delivered
The tracking for the Professional Japanese Chef Knife advises it has left the 'facility' and will be here in 5 days.
All that said, I prepared the pots and utensils that did arrive. The instructions for 'Before First Use' are clear and easy to follow. I applied the thin layer of oil (coconut oil) with a paper towel and was surprised (or maybe shocked) to see how much debris/residue came off the inside of the pots - it was dark grey. So I cleaned and oiled the pots again. Same result, the same dark grey debris/residue came off. I oil the utensils as well and same result.
According to the 'Before First Use' instructions and manufacturing reside would have come off when the pots were cleaned with warm water and mild dish soap. So what is the debris/residue that is coming off?? Hopefully, I can add photos to show the paper towels (1. Pots/pans - First clean and oil, 2. Pots/pans - Second clean and oil, 3. Utensils clean and oil). I am awaiting Taiko's reply to the debris/reside as the advertising material and booklet provided advise 'Unlike conventional non-stick cookware, Titanium does not rely on chemical coatings that degrade over time'.
There is also a section in the booklet 'Proven Health & Safety Benefits' that advise 'Your health should never be compromised by the tools you cook with. Taiko Titanium cookware is valued not only for performance, but also for safety'. Titanium is chemically stable under normal Cooking conditions and does not release toxins, fumes, or micro-coatings into food'.
So what is the debris/reside that is coming off before I have even used the pots/pans for cooking??

I've bought 3 pieces of 215 € and after 3 days they sanded me the tracking nr.. The day after they informed me that the shipping time is about 5-15 days!!! I asked to cancell the order - they are not correct!

The cookware is truly exceptional. It does what they promised and more

I was flirting with the idea of purchasing the pans and finally I said what the heck and I bought the full package of five.

We love them because they don't stick they function properly and we hope they will last as promised.

I received my Taiko cookware yesterday and used the frypan this morning to make breakfast, what I saw from the advert was amazing and thought that can be true. But after my breakfast making eggs, I was stunned and amazed seeing that the eggs cooked so well and didn’t get stuck. Thanks guys fore a amazing product, will recommend your product to all of my friends 🙏

Hi I just received an order from you it was a partial part of the bundle. I am missing the small pots several frying pans and the 3 bowls with lids. When I track it it says the only thing left is the knives. Will you please look into this and send me the missing pieces. I paid for the whole bundle! Please respond!

Taiko Cookware is a great company, and it's not because they've sold excellent cookware. It's an honorable approach to solving a minor shipping mishap. I'm wishing you all good luck and enjoyable cooking.

The Taiko pan functions perfectly. I followed the instructions carefully because I read how some people had problems.

My first success was a soft fried egg - which slipped straght of the pan.

Feeling more adventurous I took great care with cooking a thick filet steak. Because I followed instrucrtions it worked out perfectly.

Lighter weight and easier to clean. Great choice for older customers like us!

We highly recommend Taiko cookware. Over the years, we have used Scan pans from Scandinavia and they are very good expensive cookware. However much to our surprise, Taiko pans cook more evenly and at a lower temperature than our Scan cookware. We have recommended Taiko to all our family and friends. Overall, Taiko cookware is a great value and high quality. cookware.
