Vorsicht bei diesem Anbieter! Diese UX auf der Seite lädt dazu ein, unwissenden Personen Geld abzuziehen!

Wie auch die vorherigen Rezensionen, wurde auch ich Teil der Abo-Falle von Tailor Brands.
Ich habe mir nur für diese Bewertung einen Trustpilot-Account zugelegt, da ich so eine irrführende Masche der Arbeit nicht akzeptiere und dies als Betrug gilt.
Ich habe nun eine Entschädigung/Rückgelderstattung per Paypal angefordert und bestehe auf mein Geld.

Abo Falle! überhaupt keine Tansparenz. Der Kundendienst ist total unfähig. Dateien sind unbrauchbar. Vektorgrafik ist ein Witz. Finger weg. Paypal sollte sich auch davon distanzieren. Ich fordere mein Geld zurück.

Leider bin ich auch in die Abofalle getappt. Wollte für ein Logo ein 1-Monat Abo abschließen für 7,99 Euro und daraufhin wieder kündigen. Als ich die PayPal Abrechnung von über 59,88 Euro gesehen habe bekam ich einen Schock. Ab Auswahl des Abos bis hin zur Kasse ist dieser Betrag nirgendwo ersichtlich. Eindeutiger Bertrug und Täuschung. Paypal und mein Anwalt habe ich informiert.

7 € Plan gebucht und aus dem nichts werden mir 7 € + 51€ die ich nie ausgewählt habe in Rechnung gestellt.

Versuchen euch abzuzocken
Versuchen euch abzuzocken, nach eurem Logo design MÜSST ihr ein Abonnement abschließen um es herunterladen zu können, dort könnt ihr zwar auswählen das ihr nur einen Monat möchtet (in meinem Fall für 15,99€), jedoch wird euch zusätzlich noch ein Jahresabonnement untergeschoben (bei mir waren das zusätzliche 59,88€ welche NICHT von mir gebucht wurden).
Automatische Verlängerung eures Abonnements ist natürlich auch ebenfalls in den Einstellungen aktiviert...
Alle Abonnements wurden direkt von mir gekündigt und eine Paypal Rückforderung eingeleitet, netter Versuch Tailor Brands, aber mehr Geld bekommt ihr von mir definitiv nicht!

Das sind Betrüger. Bitte lesen Sie sich folgendes aufmerksam durch. Ich möchte jeden cent zurück! Ich habe ausdrücklich das angebot mit 7,99 ausgewählt mir wurde ein pop up angezeigt beim klick auf das paypal symbol weclhes ich mit ok oder abbrechen bestätigen konnte. aufgrund der unerkennlichen lage drückt man auf ok und stimm einen vertrag in höhe von 58,99 eur zu obwohl man nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht wird das der preis sich ändert und das es sich plötzlich um einen jahres abo geht. auserdem popt kein fenster von paypal auf das mich den einkauf bzw. die bezahlung noch einmal bestätigen lässt. reine falle um abgezockt zu werden. ich habe hier das 2te produkt ncht einmal genutzt. ich konnte nicht glauben wie dreisst mans ein kann. obwohl paypal dazwischen ist. Gott sei dank hat paypal mein geld zurück bezahlt muss ich zum schluss hinzufügen. Danke

Intransparente Abos, VORSICHT, Finger weg!
Leider habe ich erst im Nachhinein die Bewertungen zu dieser Firma gelesen. Auch ich habe, wie andere Rezensenten hier auch, mein Logo zusammengestellt und ein Abo für EINEN Monat in Höhe von 7,99 € geordert. Kurz darauf bekam ich zu der Rechnung in Höhe von 7,99 € noch eine Rechnung in Höhe von 51,89 € obendrauf. Zumal mir auch nicht klar ist, wie sich dieser Betrag zusammensetzt. Obwohl man also offensichtlich nur einen Monat abschließen will, bekommt man direkt das "Standard-Abo" für 12 Monate obendrauf. Und ich bin weiß Gott nicht einer, der irgendwo draufklickt. Komplette Intransparenz, offenbar darauf ausgelegt, Leute abzuzocken. Lasst die Finger weg und schustert euch euer Logo lieber selbst zusammen!
Zusatz 16.02.2021: Der Support von Tailor Brands hat mein Abo relativ unkompliziert wieder auf monatlich umgestellt, das ist lobenswert. Allerdings sollte Tailor Brands trotzdem seinen Prozess überdenken, da ich nicht der einzige mit diesem Problem bin. Aufgrund des nachträglich guten Service habe ich die Bewertung von 1 auf 3 Sterne angehoben.

Super Sache allerdings schlechter Bezahlvorgang!
Super Sache. Logo erstellen war extrem leicht und das Ergebnis kann sich mehr als nur sehen lassen.
Die Website ist also mehr als nur zu empfehlen.
KRITIK:
Unnötiger Weise haben wir aufgrund der schlechten Transparenz ein zusätzliches Jahresabo abgeschlossen, das wir nicht wollten. Viele in den Bewertungen reden von einer Abo-Falle. So würden wir das nicht nennen, aber die Intransparenz ist dem wirklich durchdachten und einfachem System absolut nicht würdig.
ABER:
Der Support wurde angeschrieben und es wurde uns umgehend das Geld zurückerstattet. Eine klassische Abofalle ist es nicht, allerdings sehr schlecht dargestellt (ob gewollt oder nicht möchten wir kein Urteil fällen).
FAZIT:
Sehr preiswertes und gut durchdachtes System, mit welchem in kurzer Zeit ein wirklich professionelles Logo erstellt werden kann. Transparenz beim Bezahlvorgang sollte ausgebaut werden.

technische Probleme, schlechter Service, teureres Abo-Modell ohne öfter mehrmalige Nutzung
Obwohl ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe, kann man nur ein einziges Logo erstellen. Auch das bereits erstellte Logo kann nur minimal abgeändert werden. Die anderen Dienste der Website sind für mich uninteressant (und auch nicht wirklich aussagekräftig/ sinnvoll).
Ich habe daraufhin mehrere Mails geschrieben, die nicht mal richtig gelesen wurden, sondern nur mit einer Standard-Antwort abgefertigt wurden, die aus den FAQs kopiert wurde.
Dazu kommt, dass der technische Dienst dieser Seite einfach nur schlecht ist! Das Programm reagiert oft einfach gar nicht, Designvorschläge kommen ohne erkennbare Grundlage.
Ich habe mich selten so geärgert und abgezockt gefühlt!!
