I ordered a large canvas print valued at over $400. When it arrived, the canvas was buckled at one corner and had two visible lines that appeared to be stretch marks or manufacturing defects.

The company sent a replacement, but the same defect appeared again in the bottom left corner. I requested a refund because the issue clearly seemed to be a recurring product defect, not shipping damage.

Instead, they denied the refund, stating that their policy does not allow refunds for items damaged during delivery. That explanation is very difficult to accept, since the same defect appeared in the same location on more than one canvas.

They then sent a second replacement, and unfortunately, it had the same defect again. Their packaging was also poor and had nothing indicating the item should be handled with care.

After receiving three canvases with the same issue, I again demanded a refund, but the company continued to insist the damage occurred during delivery. Based on my experience, that explanation does not seem credible. Overall, I am very disappointed with the product quality, packaging, and customer service.

I wasn't sure what they would be like or about the quality, but when they arrived and I opened the box, I couldn't have been more pleased. I love them!
I was sorry they don't have the same form of attachment to the walls as pictured, but hopefully these will work the same as those pictured.

I love the new canvas I ordered. The colors are amazing. It was easy to order and arrived quickly. They kept me posted on where they were in the process. This is my second purchase from them and I am sure there will be more.

GREAT COMPANY- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to share my experience so anyone that is considering ordering will know exactly was kind of service and experience they will get. When I placed my order I received a confirmation right away, then I received frequent updates as the item was processing, being prepared, shipped, through delivery. My canvas was well packaged and marked fragile but unfortunately that did not stop someone in the delivery process from stepping on it snd breaking the frames and stretched a option of the canvas. I sent pictures of the damage and in less than a day received a reply that simply apologized for what happened and let me know that they were working on a replacement. No questions, no hassle, no delay. If you are considering placing an order, have no fear, this is a great company that provides really good products and great customer service.

I ordered a canvas using the sizing guidelines on the website, however, when it arrived it is too small for my space. I contacted customer service and followed the instructions to request a refund so I could reorder the correct size.
After multi phone calls and emails, I was told that despite the policy on the website indicating a 90 day replacement window, I could not return the canvas. I was then told I could use a special code for a discount on a new purchase and when I tried to order the larger canvas, the code wasn’t valid. BUYER BEWARE! All of this has been relayed to “customer service”, but only silence from them at this point.

The canvas arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect condition. It looks exactly like the picture that was shone. We love it!

I received my order on the day it was promised. It was packaged well so as not to get damaged in shipping. I immediately took it out of the box and hung it on the wall over my sofa. It looks beautiful. The picture of it on line did not do it justice. This picture is beautiful. It adds a calming affect to the whole room.

We made a good sized order of wall art. 2 items ended up with the wrong color frames, but when I told them about the mistake they quickly sent out new items with the right color frames and told me to keep the wrong ones. Very happy with them.

two important reasons why I gave a 5star is the time of delivery was punctual and did not have delays nor alibis. second, my canvas was packed nicely , no damage whatsoever. Quality of the item and the services are excellent.

Ordered a large 20x60 Canvas. Looks great and well made. The framing is much better than similar products I have purchased in the past. Highly recommended!

Wonderful website full of beautiful choices...absolutely adore my " Give it to God & Go to Sleep" canvas. It' simple beauty adds the right cozy feel to our bedroom and reminds us of what is important before we rest. Great delivery time but was a tiny bit concerned about a hole at the bottom of box, but thankfully it so well packed it did not impact my canvas! Keep up the good work! Would definitely order again !
