Take Command's team did an excellent job in communicating throughout my request for support, from the initial email request, progress update, and confirmation everything was addressed satisfactorily. Responses were prompt, helpful, and on point.
Working with Take Command is supremely frustrating. Noone answers the phone, ever and the Chat Bot feature never works correctly. It's almost impossible to reach someone when you need to.
This is our company's first time enrolling in a QSEHRA and the experience has been absolutely seamless! Customer support provides rapid and thorough responses and the process is incredibly straightforward -- I couldn't ask for a better process for open enrollment!
The chat response was quick and easy and Gabriela was very helpful in solving the issue I was facing. Thanks!
The insurance plans are easy to navigate. I like the way they have the filters so you can look them up by price, company, etc. Then you can compare up to 4 of them to make the best choices. The staff are friendly and when you email them they answer you promptly and are very nice and willing to help you. The whole experience make it so much easier and then they do the paperwork for you. Who could ask for more?
Today was open enrollment with our company. Upon finishing my enrollment my laptop decided to do something weird and I never received notification that my new selections were made. I reached out to Take Command's support team and heard back within an hour. Appreciate the help and speedy response.
Great experience with onboarding and all. Unfortunately we did not end up using the product though since our employees were not interested. However I was impressed with the entire experience working with Take Command

Pretty easy to use -- easy to add receipts for reimbursement. Two hiccups: 1) adding my annual premiums each year is a bit of a hassle -- adding it is ok but then proving that I am enrolled is difficult because the employer won't provide exactly the documentation that Take Command wants in the form that they want it. 2) uploaded a receipt exactly like ones that I uploaded successfully earlier in the year, and this time the copays were rejected. I chatted with the bot for a while and although the bot gave specific advice, it didn't seem to realize that the date they wanted was right on the receipt. I asked to chat with an agent who looked carefully and escalated it to their compliance team who fixed it within 24 hours.
So a little bumpy but overall helpful. The chat bot usually answers my questions pretty well also.
I am new to the HR department and Michelle helped me with everything I needed and sent me more information after she was so kind and patient.
I have been trying to get resolution to a problem since 10/2/2025 and still have not gotten any. I am supposed to start benefits on 11/1/2025 and haven't even been able to sign up yet because my dashboard is not correct. Everyone that I talk to says that my "ticket" is considered urgent but after I'm told that, I hear nothing from anybody. I spend more time on this than I do on my actual job which is not right! Additionally, I keep getting emails that I have not set up my account yet.....I have - a long time ago!!! It isn't showing the options for insurance plans for me to choose from and I can't do anything until my account is either wiped out or fixed. I'm more than frustrated!!! The only thing that has been good is that someone in this process gave me a website that I can look at to "window shop" while I'm waiting for my dashboard to be fixed.
Onboarding for our administrators and our employees has been a horrible experience.
This company does zero to help it's customers. I would stay clear of this company.

I've had a terrible experience with Take Command Health. Their website is glitchy to the point of unusable for employees. They've continually dropped the ball on dates and deadlines, costing me thousands of dollars personally and 30+ hours on the phone dealing with the fallout.
