Enjoying a beautiful Turquoise 36 OP purchased from Thanh. The transaction was quick and communication was transparent from the jump. The watch arrived as expected with no surprises. I would not think twice about purchasing another timepiece from Thanh in the future!

I sold my Rolex to Takuya watches after getting quotes from 3 places. From the outset, Thanh was on top of things - very quick replies, actually asked questions about the watch before providing a quote, and answered my own questions quickly and thoroughly.

I described the watch as “used / good” condition with minor scratches (though no scratches on the sapphire). He didn’t mark down his price for scratches or anything once the watch was in his possession (a tactic I’ve heard other buyers will use even if you mention the scratches up front).

All around, great experience and I would buy and sell to Takuya Watches again in the future!

Purchased a Rolex Explorer I 40mm and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The seller was very communicative — quick to answer questions and kept me updated throughout. Shipping was fast and the watch arrived exactly as described. Would absolutely buy again.

Excellent transaction, communication on watch, shipping, sent extra pictures as requested. Both text and email confirmations and followup. Product was perfectly wrapped, box, all documentation, shipped fed ex secure. Was also a significant wire amount over $100,000 so I was worried at first but all good and immediate shipment within one day to fed ex.

I bought a 2025 Rolex Sea Dweller Red and it was absolutely like new. Still had some of the protective film on it for a Real Fair Price. Takuya couldn’t have been nicer and his communication was Lighting Fast along with Overnight shipping. Just a real personable guy. I Highley Recommend him for your watch addictions. AAAA+++

First time purchaser with Takuya, and I had a great overall experience. Communication was fast and concise, and the entire transaction went smoothly. The watch was in perfect condition - thank-you so much!

I recently made my 4th purchase from Thanh at Takuya Watches and I cannot recommend him enough. Every aspect of a luxury watch purchase is executed at the highest level. Communication, negotiation, packaging, shipping, are all done with attention to detail and customer service. Thank you, Thanh, for being a trusted source for luxury watches!

Wow! What can I say . My second purchase . Watch better than described . Very fair trade in on my watch . Impeccable service . I am sure I will purchase again and will refer Thanh to other potential buyers . The man is a true professional and thoroughly nice as well .

I bought my first Rolex from Takuya. Excellent experience. He had the watch I was looking for, well priced for the market, with all relevant info clearly communicated in the listing. He was easy and responsive to communicate with, answered my newbie questions. Shipped securely overnight AM delivery, beautifully packaged. Watch was exactly as described. I took it that afternoon to my local RSC to have bracelet adjusted and provide a little more peace of mind to have Rolex technicians lay eyes on it. I could not be happier with this transaction. Thank you Thanh Takuya!

Great , great guy . This is my second watch from him . Shipping is always next day . Definitely recommend. Thanks a lot !

Another great purchase. I recently completed another transaction with Takuya Watches, just like the first transaction, it was a great experience. Thanh worked with me as I was interested in a few pieces until I narrowed it down to the one. Great communication, great shipping, great experience. I will buy another watch from Thanh/ Takuya Watches in the future.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a watch from Takuya Watches. Charles made the entire process seamless. The transaction was smooth, professional, and exactly how buying a luxury watch should be. i wouldnt hesitate to do business with charles and Takuya watches again. Highly recommend!

Nervous new buyer in the Rolex market. Thanh's reputation stood true. Super responsive to all of my questions, easy to work with, and all of my research in finding a trusted Rolex seller paid off.

It took a look of courage for me to wire a stranger $25k with the hope that I would get my watch. I received my watch in 2 days and it was in immaculate condition. Super happy with Takuya/Thanh and I would heavily recommend any buyer (new or seasoned) to deal with him in confidence. Thanks Thanh!

First time purchasing from Thanh and would do it again gladly. Also the first time I've bought online only as opposed to in store, and while I was nervous I had no reason to be. Bought an Omega Speedmaster Ed White 321 and had a great experience - he was responsive (via email, phone and text), had no issue video chatting with me to discuss the details and show me the watch, box and accessories. Pricing was fair and the process was very clear. Where Thanh went above and beyond was when FedEx wouldn't release the package due to a small error in name on my ID, he picked up right away via phone and sorted it out. I really wasn't sure about such a large purchase online with no physical store (although he did tell me he has a location in Texas for anyone who wants to purchase in person) but after this experience I have zero concerns working with him in the future.

Great seller and experience. Great price, watch exactly as described. Answered all my questions and shipped quickly. Would buy from again!

Simply the best, great prices, accurate descriptions, flawless overnight delivery, trust in Thanh!

Just completed a deal with Takuya Watches and everything went exactly how you hope when buying a watch online. Communication was quick and professional, the watch was exactly as described, shipping was fast and secure and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Nothing new there. That’s always the case when you deal with them. I will absolutely do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealer.

Thanh was great to work with. I have never purchased on the grey market before, and he was able to make me very comfortable with the transaction. I purchased a rolex Day Date Yellow gold with the ombre green dial. Everything came as described in his listing. Delivery was the next day, and his prices are very fair for the current market. If you have never purchased through the grey market and want to try, make sure you check takuyawatches.com first. I plan to buy from him next time I am looking for a watch.

What can I say but another extremely satisfied customer of Takuya Watches. To me truth and honesty were of paramount importance and I had to know that the person I’m dealing with is worthy of trust. Takuya was definitely worthy of all my trust and he made the transaction smooth and seamless. The watch is exactly as described, including condition and all collaterals that came with it. His communication is exemplary as well. Fast shipping? I started the inquiry process on a Monday and the watch was delivered to my door by Thursday morning. He’s truly the best and my “go to” guy for watches.
