Beautiful earrings, arrived beautifully packed and arrived on time. Only thing, I ordered Ruby earrings, but I have been sent garnet earrings. A certificate of authenticity would have been helpful.

I have sent two emails, both ignored

I have sent two emails, still no reply, both ignored regarding faulty pair of earrings. Included invoice, order number and photos. Still nothing. Will be contacting my visa provider for a chargeback.

Received a completely different item…

Received a completely different item from what was advertised and purchased cheaper tackier and not made of the originally stated material, have found the item that I received on another website that has the same business address but it is not an item even listed on Talia-Rae have sent multiple emails and even reached out on social media and they have all been ignored absolutely shocking standards of practice no other way of contacting them so they’re free to carry on in this manner

I am unable to reply directly so will add this update as response I can assure you I have emailed directly with all relevant information including photos of what I received and order number as well as messaging on facebook with still no response and yes the package that was delivered said it’s sent from luxesmith.com jewellery with the same return address as the one listed to you’re business! I did not order from their website but have received stock from them instead of what I have purchased from yourselves it’s unacceptable and needs to be rectified

I have checked our support client and can find no emails from you. I would advise contact us directly via contact@talia-rae.com with your order id so we can trace this. I am more than a little confused by your statement of items form different websites listed at our business address as we operate one website and are the only business at our listed address. Please send us an email so we can try and clear up this situation with you.

First purchase from this company & I couldn't be happier. The necklace is beautiful,lovely package & the words fantastic, my daughter loved it as it was a birthday gift. Very prompt delivery. Very Happy customer will use them again A*****

Still haven’t recieved

Still haven’t recieved, it was a wedding gift for my daughter of which was abroad, I have returned today & it still hasn’t arrived so I’m not very happy atall to be honest
