Good app, everything is simple and it's nice it works as a bit of an investment.

Signed up on a Sunday without a hitch and added a nominal sum but was mystified as to how to to take part of it out again. On Monday however the payment button appeared and all is clear and nominal sum back into account.
As CGT has to be paid on any gains I plan to use it for long term savings and will pay in when gold is not so overbought.
Early days but so far so good.

The app works smoothly. I enjoyed saving on FX fees when using my tally card abroad :)

Can't transfer urgently needed funds as forgotten password. Can't change in the app via reset password function and customer services are no help. I could seriously lose a property purchase because of this. Tried to close account but password also required. My problem was escalated 2 days ago and I've heard nothing further despite telling them it was urgent.

Love being able to easily save gold, and its amazing having the freedom to use my gold like money anywhere in the world. Whenever I've had queries the support team really goes out of their way to quickly respond. It's one of the few products/services where I've felt genuinely cared for.

Really happy I have this as an alternative from the standard banks. Knowing I have something in gold put away gives me confidence that I have a back up. Plus I love the tally card it looks like no other bank card but more like piece of art. I have never had an issue using it to purchase anything as I just use
like other bank cards but l love knowing I have something in gold.

I've had a TallyMoney account now for 4 months and thoroughly enjoy the simplicity in which I can buy and sell gold.

No desire to endure the rollercoaster of stocks & shares, and with bank's offering little to no incentive to hold cash, gold appears to be a solid investment.

I will be looking to hold gold as a long term investment and finger's cross, we can enjoy some bumper and consistent returns moving forward.

Would recommend giving it a go!

Great product, app very well designed developed and excellent support . Some app based banks institutions could learn from Tally about how to handle customer relations and relationships.

I love this money app, although not a "proper bank", this app is pretty amazing- easy to use, simple interface and the customer services are really good too. Thank you for helping me in my circumstances- very much appreciated!!!

Unique way to owning and selling / spending gold. Cust service excellent as well. Recommended

Love the concept and love that my money feels better "protected" sat with Tally, due to it being gold - but made super easy to buy and spend it. Recommend for sure.
