We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tamar Coaches for their services during our recent enrichment week. It was a faultless service all week and we would like to give a special mention to our two drivers, Mark and Phil, who really made the trip to Thorpe Park a great success. The atmosphere set on the coach from the drivers can often make or break a trip and their constant positivity and friendly manner with both staff and students was fantastic. Everything was done with a smile and a good dose of humour. It was much appreciated at the end of what has probably been a long season of school trips for them.

Coach aircon was broken although driver had a working fan. Multiple seats had broken parts. Certainly the worst coach we have had on our trip. Fix up this coach asap - TI8 VDL.

I Just wanted to say from all the Kelliwik Golds U11's team, a massive thankyou for making saturdays Cup final trip a success. Tony, our driver, was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience for the kids.

I used Tamar Coaches as a private hire for a school trip from Cornwall to London for a two day residential and all I can say is how excellent they were from start to finish.

Tom was the person I was in contact with prior to the trip. Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication was excellent. We were able to work out all the details and finalise the itinerary with no trouble at all. Any possible problems with the itinerary due to driver hours were identified and sorted in advance. When it came to the travel itself, our drivers (Kian and Bobby) couldn't have been more accommodating. They were enthusiastic (depsite the 4.30am start!) and communicated plans well. Nothing was ever too much trouble if we wanted to change our plans slightly - get picked up/dropped off at a slightly different location or a slght change to timings. I really felt like they were there for us.

Thanks to everyone at Tamar Coaches for a great trip and I look forward to using you again!

We once again booked our coach for our shopping trip to Cardiff ( sat 30 th nov ) and as usual excellent service from booking from the office and having Mitch as our driver which made our day run smoothly would definitely recommend and will be booking again for next year

Tamar Coaches were great from the outset. We used their 57 seat coach for our running club trip to Bournemouth. Booking process was smooth and easy plus generous amount of time to pay the invoice.

We used 3 coaches over 3 days to take large groups of varying ages to and from Exeter. The coaches arrived fresh, very clean and on time every day and the drivers were extremely kind and attentive to all the passengers, assisting the elderly on and off the coaches and ensuring the comfort of all those travelling. They were polite and helpful at all times and were also very careful and considerate in their driving. It was a pleasure to travel with them

We recently hired a coach to take us to Brittany for the weekend. Prompt and efficient communications prior to us going and nothing was too much trouble. Our driver Neil was amazing and put up with our quirky ways. We will definitely use Tamar coaches for all out future trips.

Fantastic! We are a small charity that provides experiences for children in year 5 who are in primary schools in Plymouth. John, Tom and his team have been so helpful with supporting us and especially patient with myself and my colleague in coordinating all the trips and visits. We were a group of 28 members of a Club on a days outing. Journey involved picking people up at various points in the journey (and also delivering them back safely!). We took 90 infant children to the zoo using Tamar coaches. The drivers were friendly and accomodating. We had good communication from the office througout and they even brought back our lost property for us!

I recently went on Tamar coaches day trips , I found it a very easy process , the lady I spoke to explained everything and was very helpful and happy . On meeting the coach in Plymouth up to Ilfracombe and back was a lovely trip in a very nice coach , the driver was lovely too. will definitely be booking again as they have lots of trip throughout the year for oldie's like me and family's
