I was so pleased to discover this company because they stock a lovely range of yarns that I really like including a beautiful merino wool that I discovered on a trip in Oslo.

They deliver very quickly and have a good ethos with regards to packaging.

Beautiful products, arrived very quickly and very carefully packaged.

I ordered yarn on Sunday night and it arrived on Wednesday. Appreciated the speed of delivery.
It was beautifully wrapped in recyclable packaging.

Will definitely be ordering again.

I wish all online shopping was as efficient and easy as my orders from Tangled Yarn. I ordered early morning and had an email that my purchase had shipped by noon.Most impressive and I'll be using them again soon!

I was looking to purchase a set of Chiagoos and noted that Tangled Yarn's prices were very competitive. By signing up to the newsletter you can also make additional savings. But the set I wanted were sold out at the time.

I used the chat function to ask about future stock levels and Rachel was so helpful, eventually even adding a preorder to the site so that I wouldn't need to keep checking for updated stock but that my order would then be dispatched automatically on arrival at the shop. Rachel said this would be a couple of weeks but infact my needles arrived less than a week later. (As an aside Chiagoo are indeed the best and I am so happy with them! They cost a little more but well worth it!)

Rachel also stocks a huge variety of yarn, notions and patterns from well known brands to supporting independents too. She'll be my first port of call now when I need to purchase anything else for my yarn addiction!

Well, on this lovely Friday morning, let me just randomly & out of the blue state how much I like using Tangled Yarn. The brands they carry range from mid-way to luxurious, but also include less well known brands like Chiaogoo (omg-good knitting needles) over the quirky & blissfully unusual, like twig & Horn accessories/notions. Seriously, if Tangled Yarn have/carry an item/line, I usually go out of my way to give them the order - because they are so nice, effortlessly efficient, quick & responsive on chat, clued up about the subject matter - in short, a gem!
