After waiting over 4 months for a card then still nothing American Express have issued the refund and are carrying out investigations so hopefully this will stop American Express using them.

To date I have not received my order or a tracking number. The support is constantly making excuses and asking for more patience - even though I've been waiting for 3 months. I have now requested my payment back via PayPal. Tappy does not want to cancel the order because the process has allegedly already been initiated (still no traking number or confirmation of the shipment). If I hadn't placed my order via Paypal, my money would probably be gone forever. Stay away from this shop - it appears to be a scam.

I ordered my card on September 12th 2023, it was supposed to be sent within 2/3 days. ! day after I placed my order I received an email to say they did find my logo, then they found it. 2 weeks later I wrote to Tappy to ask where is my order, they replied me within a day to tell me they have an issue with their graphic machine to print logos, I wait 2 weeks more, then that time they told me they were overwhelmed by all the orders they receive. And in-between yoou receive their F******* satisfaction survey.
I wrote them today for the 3rd time and asked for a refund. No one tried to upscale my issue to a manager or STHG, I paid after 5 weeks, but still no card, it is just a SCAMM

Complete SCAM do not send these people any money! I have contacted them many times, they keep fobing me off with excuses, i have been waiting weeks without any cards being delivered!!

Customer support is a joke. Haven't received my card in over half a year. They just scam and ignore you.

Got sent a tappy card already linked to someone. The card was a personalised one and the replacement was their cheap version. So complained took a month for them to reply and they said they would send the personalised one and its been a month and they still havent shipped it.

This is my second time ordering from them and my last. First time was fine. This time i feel insulted i was sent the cheap card as a replacement

I ordered $200 worth of metal tappy cards over a month ago and yet to receive any products or any return emails. I have emailed 4 times and never even received a follow up email. This is a scam company and obviously shouldn’t be doing business at all! If you can’t send the products just refund our money???

Purchased in March 2023. Item arrived with simple instructions for set up. The first instruction, 'scan the Tappy card to activate', didn't work. So I went to the website and registered the serial number. After setting up my profile, I used a friend's phone to test if it works and still nothing.

There is no further set up guidance on the website. There also isn't much to setting up a device like this. I am tech savvy and work with a lot of technical equipment. The product was just faulty.

I contacted Tappy Support. After one week, I nudged them for a response which resulted in an email from someone called Dennis. However, the email was useless. It took 9 days to receive information that should've been in a FAQ section (which devices are compatible) or an automated response for general advice before they can get back to a customer.

Dennis then wanted to set up a 'support call' for troubleshooting. Which was unnecessary and I explained so. I asked if it was required to have this call in order for me to get a refund. To which he insisted on the call. So I provided a contact number.

Dennis called me without any warning - I was at the gym at the time so I couldn't answer. It was also after 7pm. That was 12 June 2023.

Since then, I have emailed numerous times to follow up on the refund and have been completely ghosted by 'Dennis' and the Tappy team.

My comments on their IG posts have been deleted, yet the inbox is unchecked.

I'm so shocked by their customer service outright ignoring emails. Still no refund and I offered to send the device back to them even.

Side note - The UI was a bit naff. Looked like it was designed 10 years ago.

Received a card in 2020 with no problems, but sent off for a card in May 2023 for £30+ and I haven't received it.

I have emailed numerous times to their support email address and I haven't any response. It's a shame because when I first used them I thought they were a great company, but now it looks like they've taken my money and ran with it!

I'm hoping they will respond to this review!!
