Terrible customer service and untrusted shopping experience
I just made an order of towel rail and you guys said it is too long and required me to pay more delivery fee after I did the research for many hours and send me the mail to inform me after 2 days. You did not have the showerhead in stock. I paid you for the item with paypal and then I had to chase you to find out where the item was. I then had the money returned to paypal with no explanation. What a pity you did not contact me or recommend a substittue.

I’m sorry we had to cancel your order as the product you purchased was sold out.
However, we informed you on 11th April, one day after we received your order, that the product was sold out. In the same email we asked you to let us know if there is another product you’d like to have as the product you ordered was sold out.
We waited 6 days for your reply, as we did not hear from you, we refunded your money.
Of course, we are sorry for not being able to fulfill your order, but we hope to serve you in the future.

Poor delivery.
Ordered a set of taps and had to wait in all day to take delivery, as the courier does not provide a time slot.
Wrong taps were delivered.
Complained - was sent correct taps with a courier that does provide a time slot (I asked for this).
Was also sent a label for the return of the wrong taps and told they would be collected the next day. Waited in all day and they were not collected. I am still waiting to hear what is going on.
