No SIM card, no people to talk to
Like several others I have not received a eSIM and support simply does not answer. I can see the purchase on their web site but no facility to press a resend. I suspect Hotmail may have blocked their emails.
So beware, it is binary , you will either get your eSIM and presumably be happy but if anything goes wrong don’t expect any service whatsoever and be prepared to lose your money as it will be exceedingly difficult to retrieve what is probably a relatively small amount
If you ignore the negative reviews fine, the odds are with you but you are gambling that the automated system works as there are no people out there to help
