Bought another bottle of the Sunshine Gin along with some cans to get the free delivery. All was good until I received another email offering "Blue Monday " discounts and my Sunshine gin was down to £27.50 !!
Sent email to customer service and the comment was that they don't know when the promotions are taking place. Really? You're a small family firm and you don't know that after the weekend when I placed my order on the Friday you have a promotion going on?? Sorry but you can kiss goodbye to my business now. Rather deal with a company that values their customers rather than making a quick buck.

Great gin making experience at Tarquins Padstow. We booked the gin making course and had a great (and interesting) time. Fran was an excellent and fun teacher - if you’re in the vicinity and have a spare couple of hours (and are a fan of gin of course) this experience is one you won’t want to miss.

I ordered three bottles of gin, the delivery went squiffy beyond the control of Tarquin's. They sorted out brilliantly and the gin is great. I ordered the Mexican zest & salt, black cherry, and their original regular gin. The Mexican zest & salt was particularly good mixed with lime soda and garnished with sprigs of mint and red chillies. The Black Cherry gin is recommended with lemon tonic or other variants of lemon flavoured mixers, but I preferred it with lots of ice, an optional dash of regular tonic, and garnished with plenty of cherries.

Ordered some gin and vodka. It was dispatched but not to my address. It was sent to an entirely different address, different postcode, different town. Contacted Tarquin’s by email and then telephone. The person on the phone said “it was not her department and the young girl who deals with this was snowed under and finishes today at 3 so I will just have to wait my turn because she has a lot of emails to deal with”.
She advises that Tarquin’s will carry out their own investigation and ask the delivery company to return to the incorrect address and ask for the parcel back. I have to be patient and wait while this happens.
I asked for a replacement parcel to be issued to the correct address but this cannot happen. I asked who I could escalate the complaint to and was told there is no one. She then said “I have to go I have another call to answer and hung up”.
So, I’m without my order, no idea how I go an out getting it or a refund, and it appears nobody really cares.
Appalling customer service. This is like a return to the bad old days ordering online

Great company

Ordered 2 bottles on a Sunday to allow for the 3 / 4 working shipping days. Five days have now passed and NO news on any shipment. Looks like the company is suffering in their company standards.

Ordered 4 glasses for £22 a pair, they arrived in good time but one was broken unfortunately. They were very good at sending a replacement after I sent a picture of the broken glass. Usually I would give a 4 star in this situation due to the initial breakage, but they sent an extra glass which I appreciated very much so I will give 5 stars

We visited today for the tour. Rosie and Charlie were both excellent hosts. A thoroughly enjoyable Sunday afternoon. Very informative and knowledgeable staff. I just wish I wasn’t driving. Next stop Gin School.
