Delvy guy was nice and very helpful

Pathetic service!

The delivery person delivered the wrong items. He did not speak any English so it was impossible to communicate the error with him. The customer support team was not super helpful. The delivery person then showed up unannounced to deliver the correct items when we were not home and decided to leave everything outside the house. He had to come back again later to pick up the wrong items delivered earlier.

Communication was great showed up on time, great service.

I am very disappointed with the delivery service I received.The service I purchased specifically included delivery into my home and placement of items in the designated rooms.
I was waiting outside when the delivery team arrived,but instead of bringing the items inside as agreed,they simply unloaded everything outside my house and left.This was completely unacceptable and very shocking to me.
I paid for an in-home delivery service ,not a curbside or doorstep delivery.I would like this issue to be addressed immediately.Please provide an appropriate refund for the delivery service I paid for but did not receive

Finally delivered after 4pm

Wonderful! These guys are amazing! We had a delivery fail from roadie (terrible service) and these guys did what they couldn’t do… DELIVER. Thanks so much guys:)

Juan was great - very personable and efficient.

My sofa never arrived and there was no way to contact the driver. I also I couldn't get immediate help with my situation. I'm now dealing with the local police.

Horrible experience. They don’t assign me a driver in time and has to reschedule. Once that was done, they gave the driver inaccurate information so when he arrived for pick-up, he wanted an extra $187 to deliver. No fault to him, Taskrabbit told him he was picking up something much smaller.

My Ikea order didn't show up which was a big bummer because I took the day off work to wait for it. I called Ikea and they sent a Taskrabbit delivery person to deliver my order within 2 hours. They were prompt, polite, neat and courteous. Ikea paid for them so I appreciate that as well

Terrible experience … I booked someone to help me pick up something. He confirmed and then no showed. I tried calling Taskrabbit for help and they were miserable to work with. They couldn’t have cared less. Where’s than that they actually tried not to refund me and then acted like they were doing me a favor by agreeing to refund after he canceled on me.

The movers were friendly and professional.

Microcenter specifically said to CALL the customer. They texted me as I was sleeping. They left my 65" TV IN FRONT OF MY DOOR! BLOCKING ME IN MY APARTMENT ALL DAY.

The movers arrived on time. They were very efficient in their execution and took utmost care in how they moved our office furniture and the placement of said items within our new office. We appreciate their assistance in helping to make the move a seamless one.
