Omari was absolutely fantastic during the whole process. Communication was great, both over text and in person. He is polite and considerate plus he knows what he’s doing and gets straight to work getting everything loaded. He and his teammate were careful with the furniture and boxes and nothing was damaged in the move. I absolutely recommend Omari to anyone needing moving help.

The delivery guytold me that he can't carry the boxes himself and asked me to help him. They(4 boxes of shelves!) were very heavy(for me!) I didn't seam to have another option as I wanted the bookshelves.
But I really didn't feel well the rest of the day and night from it. My husband is an EMT (he was at work when the delivery came) and he was so upset that the guy asked for my help.

Our movers were great! Arrived on time, moved the piece carefully and put the shelves back in place.

The first request of movers failed completely in the day of move. The driver had a broken glass on the tire and declined with the request to reschedule
However time was of essence here abd taking a flat rate move helped out! Although pricing was expensive
However Santos helped the move very well! Our Tasker did a super job

The furniture was delivered as we agreed.

The movers went very quickly, took boxes that weren't mine, dumped everything on my bed and took off! They didn't listen to a word I said or ask me how I would have preferred it done. Plus, they broke a couple of items.

Delivery driver didn’t communicate at all he was supposed to bring packages upstairs but left them on the front porch I booked for 12 pm. By 1:15 I ran a quick errand and the only communication I received was “driver has arrived” I rushed home in about 7 minutes he was already gone and left everything on the porch I wasn’t able to message him through the website and say I’d be home shortly nor did I receive notice he was on his way. I called customer service they said they would call me back after speaking with him. Then they called back to say he wasn’t returning their calls either.
