It tortures me to leave two stars for tax prep because the tax preparer works for the IRS. Horrible used car bullshit sales, damage control is a hack. Lied to. Don't waste your time. It's a basic quick dime bait and switch piss on your back and tell you its raining experience.

Siedah was great at navigating my complex backed tax issue on top of fraudulent activity someone commited using my ssn. I was given regular updates and guidance through out the process.

They did a great job taking care of my back tax problem. Additionally, Jennifer was great at getting all my tax returns done in a timely manner and getting me the best return possible. I was use TDN and Jennifer Ringstaff for any future tax issues or filings.

Over all experience we so, so, given it took three different people to get it to the finish line and over a year to complete… But I will say Steve H was awesome! He was responsive, articulate and got the job done! Steven would have gotten 5 stars for sure!
