Just a heads up to not use any form of tax rebate services out there. They’re literally taken a cut out of your money to do the simplest of things such as clicking on a few buttons which you can just do yourself. The Irish tax return system is fairly easy to navigate so there’s no need to get someone else to do it for you. This kind of work is pretty much a scam. Don’t get caught out.

Absolutely avoid at all costs...they change your revenue account to pay into their bank account without consent or permission.

Absolute cowboys. Message them about an enquiry to see if I was due tax back. It was just a query they said fine and asked me for my pps number. They then without my knowledge or permission changed my accountants anme from revenue and put their name down and basically took over my revenue details. I then had to get my accountant to take back over my account - now a year later they are trying to get information from me by email stating there is an issue with my tax rebate when I have already done my taxes online. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE DONE FOR FRAUD AND BREAKING GDPR RULES.

Terrible service. There is no contact number to ring them on and yet when you email them they are extremely slow to respond. Im paying these people 30% of my tax rebate yet they dont have the common courtesy to respond to any of my emails or to add a contact number to their website for customer support. After this Im never using this company again.

This company is absolutely shocking to deal with. They did absolutely nothing for me , I filed my own tax return recently and I was due a tax rebate, unfortunately the money was sent to this account ( as i unknowingly clicked on their link on social media a few months ago) They took 30% of my Rebate ( which was a huge sum as i was owed a lot of money) and THEY PROVIDED NO SERVICE. I am absolutely fuming and disgusted and feel completed robbed of my own money. I cannot get through to speak to anyone and I am getting nowhere online. PLEASE BE WAREND - NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY CHARGE 3 TIMES WHAT THEIR COMPETITORS DO AND THEY OFFER ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE - ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY

This people didn't do anything for me. I am a PAYE customer who filed my tax online myself. My tax back went directly to them. There was no advice on the calculations or how they arrived at the money they kept back. They took about 30% of what I was paid by the tax office without explanation. When I demanded to know, they just ignored me. I have advised tax office that I don't want any one to represent me anymore and will want the tax office to deal directly with me going forward.

Can someone please telle how do I go about getting my money the revenue has put money into there account,no one believed me that I had not passed on my details

This is 100% fraud site, even after i removed them from revenue they as accessing my details, not sure how they do it. Any Idea how to get rid please?

This is a scam. No idea how they managed to change their details instead of mine in revenue, and all money goes to their bank account. I did not confirm or recognize this agency at all.

They also did this to my account and changed the details on revenue without letting me know and later sent me a verification email. Complete fraud and scam website. I don't know how they are getting all these details.

Avoid them!They change your bank details without letting you know..I change this to my bank details but after year i seen they change it back to their bank account number again!They charged me 150 euro from 500 tax rebate i got back also.rip off

Avoid this service. You cannot even contact them by phone. They are changing details under your revenue profile without letting you know. They don't even have a phone number to contact them.
