Taylor Vets is simply wonderful - super staff, love the new location in the centre of Brackley with car parking at the rear so easy access. The vets, nurses and reception team are all super friendly - they really care and you trust them.

The staff from receptionists, nurse and vet were kind caring and helpful. My boy had his problem diagnosed and sorted quickly, the photo of him after surgery they sent to me was reassuring and kind.

I can’t recommend this Vets more .
Recently took our 2 Westiepoos for their jabs and check up . Both dogs health was dealt and discussed with results appropriate to the dog .

The Service given is fabulous, during dec past I had to decide to euthanise my golden retriever. 😕
Evan ( vet) was fabulous and thorough, so I could make the right choice .
They were emphatic and gave me the time I needed to have with her on a blanket on the floor so I could tell her I loved her and cuddled her. After which they did not rush me to go and I would like to shout out Charlotte client care , she sat with me and Tula as I was alone . I will never forget her kindness that day . So from pup to grown up they will look after your animals with care and love as if they were theirs

Exactly what you need when you have a sick pet. The whole team were kind, caring and considerate of our feelings when our pup was unwell. Thankfully, due to their excellent care, follow ups and time she is a springing Springer again.

We are new to Taylor Vets (Brackley) After we got our Beagle puppy Ena, we registered with our usual local vet that we’ve been with for 13 years.

We were wanting to move our puppy to Taylor Vets for months and months due to it being an independent vet, and we’d heard nothing but good things. I’d also been following them on social media for a while. But Brackley is 20-30 mins (depending on traffic) drive from us.
We recently had a very poorly 3 year old dog (who we lost just before her 4th birthday) and we were at the vets almost every day for months. So the distance put us off a bit.

But Ena has recently turned a year old, so we decided to bite the bullet and registered her, and so far, we have no regrets.

We had her first appointment today (a pre-spay check) and we were very impressed. The receptionists made us and Ena welcome and relaxed. They made a big fuss of her, which she absolutely loved. And they gave her a treat. The receptionist has a friend for life now! The vet we saw was amazing with her (she’s a bit of a live wire and doesn’t stay in one place long. The dog, not the vet 🤭😂) The vet had a lovely confident and calm way with her, which Ena responded really well to. Ena went out of the vets with a very waggy tail 🐾

I visited Taylors Vets today with my two dogs. Ive had several vet surgeries in the past and had many not so pleasent experiences. I thought well this is how it will always be. We know our dogs like our children better than anyone right. On our very first Visit . We were greeted with friendly very helpful reception staff. The waiting area was large and comfortable. We were called in by 5he vet. He was brilliant with my boy. Compasionate . Understanding proffesional . He listen to our concerns . Explained to us everything he was going to do during the examination. Took his time and i felt more confident changing vets was definiatly the right thing. If you have a dog or dogʻs or any pet large or small dont just take my word for it. Go see for yourself you will 100percent not regret it. At last i have found a SPECIAL PLACE I KNOW MY BOYS WILL BE SAFE AND WELL CARED FOR AND MY RELIEF IS PRICELESS. I CAN SAY WITH CONFIDENCE THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST. WHEN YOU KNOW YOU KNOW. 🙂

Taylor Vets. Middleton Cheney. Such a friendly warm welcome by Staff. David is an incredible Vet. The care all of my Dogs have received here is fantastic. The attention to detail and Continuity of care stands out. I highly recommend this Vets.

Our elderly rescue dog Tia went to visit David for a general wellness check after some cognitive decline. David is not only hugely experienced as a vet but genuinely cares about his patient's well being. I very much trust David's opinion and it is reassuring to be able to mention any concerns about Tia to David and be confident that he will always support us in ensuring that she can really have her best life possible!

This ethos of genuine care and compassion echoes throughout the practice and Taylor Vets really are the heart of our local pet community

A brilliant team of vets that we have known for a long time. You could not find a better practice. My friends have taken dogs there from a long distance when they needed a second opinion.
No need to go anywhere else.

Katy, David, Laurie, Annette and all the team work effectively together and share communication. This means care is cohesive and genuine. They all know the relevant information. They are highly experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable with a thoughtful and sensitive approach. You and your pet are treated as an individual and, even though they were clearly busy today, they took the time to reassure, ensured we understood the advice and even helped us navigate the complexities of pet insurance! Annette actually made insurance seem simple! Magic!
They all clearly wanted the best for our faithful dog and this reduced our stress and reassured us. Katy listened carefully and used the information we conveyed about our dog’s character to ensure they provided excellent personalised care.
We were confident we were leaving her with competent professionals.
We appreciated Laurie’s photo of our dog post surgery, looking relaxed and calm! Colour coding the meds & instructions was a thoughtful adjustment for our specific needs as a family and helps empower everyone to care for our dog with understanding and clarity. Thanks for caring about the humans too! Really brilliant.

Great visit with my dog today. Staff were kind, caring, friendly and my boy even got a cheeky treat from the lovely chloe. Lovely clean space, everyone very professional. Cannot fault them at all

Changed vets as I felt current vets was more about making money, my first visit with Taylors I felt was the first time where it was more about care than costs. Staff were really caring, knowledgeable and friendly. My dog and I saw Chloe and she was very knowledgeable and caring, I would highly recommend Taylor’s vets

Changed to Taylors as they are truly independent where the patient is more important than profit no corporate pressure to meet group KPIs . Our first visit was a joy. Friendly staff and knowledgeable vet.

I gave a review regarding cold treatment when I called Taylor vets,I recieved a fast reply from the director,he called me on phone and sincerely apologised and said he would bring the subject up at staff meeting/training and that it should not have happened,I appreciate phone call and apology,and quick response.Thank you.

So thankful to taylors vets for the help and advice for our German Sheperd Skye , The vetenerians are so thorough and even gave follow up call, so very appreciative. Reception staff really helpful to, can be very expensive so recommend the pet plan service have used this practice for around 15 years, and would recommend 🐾
