Having presumed this was a British co and admittedly having not looked into the source, it took almost a month for a pair of dungarees to arrive, when they did finally arrive I was not happy with the quality and one of the straps was completely back to front. Contacted co and impossible to return or get full refund so they just offer to send you another item or get store credit ! Certainly not the quality I paid for and customer service is not in line with UK consumer law

This is a scam. The boots which I ordered are awful, shoddy, flimsy and a sickly colour. When enquiring about Returns, I was offered a partial refund, 10% of the original price, which was admittedly cheap. An absolute rip-off. Beware.

Really badly made plastic shoes not matching description on website. Refused to cover a prepaid return despite their return policy saying faulty items are covered. Do not trust
