Wonderful experience choosing and then receiving my beautiful eternity ring. Luca was so helpful , especially as we had turned up without an appointment. Luca’s knowledge ensured that we chose the ring that was perfect for me and Im delighted with the end result.

The whole experience with Taylor & Hart was excellent from start to finish.

The proposal was absolutely wonderful, she said yes, and the ring was even more beautiful than I had hoped for. She loved it immediately, and seeing her reaction made the whole journey completely worth it.

What I appreciated most was the level of care, patience, and attention throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and was very particular about small details, and I always felt listened to and taken seriously.

A very special thank you to Taneka, who was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and patient throughout. Her guidance made the whole experience feel personal, reassuring, and genuinely special.

The final ring turned out stunning, and I’m very grateful to the whole team for helping create such an important moment in our lives.

I worked with Emily Jackson and was 110% satisfied! She worked closely to understand what I wanted and come up with a design completely from scratch. She was patient going through multiple design iterations until we were happy with it and was very knowledgeable about different settings/styles. I would absolutely recommend Emily and will be going back to her for any future bespoke jewelry purchases.

We had an appointment at the office, it was lovely and the team were really helpful. Especially after our appointment, they did the best they could to help us pick rings.

They have been delivered safe and sound! Haven’t worn them yet as they are for our wedding but they look and fit perfectly!

I initially contacted Taylor and Hart in November 2022, to investigate a custom design. Emily was fantastic, holding my hand throughout the process to get to exactly what I had pictured.

I didn't place the order until after the proposal as I wanted my fiancée to have some input, and due to some personal events shortly afterwards we had to postpone the purchase.

When I contacted Emily over 2 years later it was as if it had only been a matter of days.
Within a week we were in the showroom selecting a diamond, and 3 weeks after that we were collecting the finished ring. At every point Emily was in touch, involved, and made sure both I and my fiancée were looked after. She was able to help us find a perfect ring together, and helped us stick to my budget without ever discussing numbers with my fiancée.

Due to being measured during a heatwave, we had to arrange a resizing. Tyla was able to facilitate an appointment outside of the usual hours at no extra cost to us due to us having to travel a long distance, and the ring was back with us quickly and now fits perfectly.

I cannot recommend Taylor and Hart enough, especially Emily who made every detail perfect. I should also add that the ring itself is beautiful, and even 6 months after collecting it I still catch my fiancée staring at it with a huge smile on her face.

You will not regret using T&H, and we have no question that we will be going back for Wedding bands later.

TLDR
My experience is mixed. I’m pleased with the ring and the price, though I encountered setbacks and frustrations along the way. In short, their rings are great though they have process issues that prevent me from recommending them to anyone on a deadline.

IN FULL
I was disappointed that they only offer 18 karat gold and don’t offer alternative gemstones such as moissanite. Still, I looked around a lot and I significantly prefer T&H's designs over others.

When I first entered the Taylor & Hart offices there was another couple complaining that their time hadn’t been respected. I assumed they were being entitled and unreasonable. However, after working through T&H’s awkward processes and multiple mistakes, I can emphasise with them.

Our ring initially took 5 weeks to make. When it arrived, it had the wrong colour sapphires. When I reported this, I was told I’d have to wait another 5 weeks before I could have an appointment to speak to someone about it. When we finally got to this appointment we were only given 15 minutes to bring someone unaware of our order up to speed. The person we spoke to couldn’t help up, so we had to book another appointment.

The next appointment was better, and they accepted the ring back to change the sapphires and resize the ring. A few weeks later we collected the ring again, though only realised later that it hadn’t been resized. I feel lucky I noticed this, or it could have been a disastrous proposal! I asked T&H about this, and they admitted that they'd forgotten about the resizing.

I went to the store yet again and handed the ring back. This change took another 5 weeks.

At this time, they accidentally sent me an email invoice for a penny, though quickly retracted it.

We'd told them my partner’s name, though they repeatedly got it wrong in emails. Once, they spelled it wrong in their email apologising for getting it wrong. This lack of attention to detail made me question whether I should trust them with such an important purchase.

My ring isn’t bespoke, though in the end it still took over 6 months from payment to collection. In this time, I had to travel to the store 5 times and elected to visit a further 3 times to pick the ring up myself in a hope to speed things up. The process was slow and frustrating.

Still, at the end of the day we have an amazing ring that matches our vision perfectly. I'm overall glad I went with T&H, and if they can resolve their process problems they’d be an easy recommendation.

Great customer service from start to finish. Helped design a ring including our ideal features and it definitely doesn't disappoint! Have been kept up to date throughout the creation process and very happy with the final product. Would definitely recommend them to others looking to purchase an engagement ring.

Taylor and Hart offer a selection of high quality gems on beautiful settings and allow you to personalise it to make it that bit more special. Meagan and the team were extremely helpful and found me a sapphire that matched my imagination and kept me updated along the way whilst it was being made. My fiancée is obsessed with the ring! I would and have recommended Taylor and Hart to others.

The engagement ring was beautiful and unusual and the price seemed competitive with other online jewellers, while offering the ability to see the rings and talk through designs at the showroom. Aline was really helpful and reassuring and there was never any upselling, she was very respectful of my budget and choices which was much appreciated.

I entrusted Taylor & Hart with resizing my engagement ring — a once-in-a-lifetime, deeply sentimental item. While in their care, the ring was lost.

After a weeks of stress and unclear communication, we were eventually told the ring had been declared missing. A replacement was provided only after escalation with senior management, during a period that caused genuine distress to my fiancée. Throughout, communication felt impersonal and procedural, with pressure placed on us to move forward rather than any real ownership of what had gone wrong.

The most troubling part came later. The original ring was eventually found — having resurfaced within the delivery chain after being lost in transit. Rather than simply returning the ring to us, it was used as leverage to request that we return the replacement ring that had already been provided as compensation, despite the CEO Nikolay stating the original loss having been dealt with through insurance.

This attempt to renegotiate compensation after the fact ignored both the emotional impact of the loss and the way the situation had already been resolved. The recovery of the ring does not undo the distress, nor does it erase the responsibility for losing it in the first place.

Taylor & Hart positions itself as a company that creates “magical moments.” Unfortunately, when something went wrong, there was a clear absence of empathy, accountability, and appropriate customer care.

The craftsmanship was beautiful. The handling of a crisis involving something irreplaceable was not.

I would strongly caution anyone considering trusting this company with a sentimental or high-value piece.

Having designed and purchased an engagement ring with Taylor and Hart, the experience for our wedding ring purchase built on this wonderful moment. I’m so glad we put our faith in Taylor and Hart, everything from the booking, showroom experience, helpful consultation and honest guidance - all superb! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have been to Taylor & Hart for both my engagement ring and our wedding rings. They provide a completely bespoke and personalised service and were very patient with us making several visits before purchasing.
Our consultant Aline took the time to help us find the best size and guided us through the whole purchase. I will go again for other jewellery purchases.

Excellent support from Emily on live chat. She helped me customise an engagement ring design to incorporate birthstones while maintaining the long-term integrity of the piece, taking into account the hardness of each gem. Really appreciated the expertise and guidance.

If you’re planning to go to Taylor & Hart for your engagement or wedding rings, please consider this review carefully. Since both are sentimental investments, I do not recommend this jeweller.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Taylor & Hart, especially as a returning customer who trusted them to make both my engagement ring and wedding band. What’s most disheartening is that despite my willingness to cover any remaking fees or additional costs, my reasonable request was still declined.

I also fail to understand how their return or exchange policy applies to this situation ,this was a bespoke, one of akind design made specifically for me. An “exchange” simply doesn’t make sense for a custom piece, unless they already made another ring of mine to sell ?

My ring was only worn from September 28th at 5 PM to September 29th at 6 AM (our wedding day) before I noticed significant wear and I also need it size it big because, its is very small. Given that with their multiple times trying the sizing doesn’t works once you have the final piece made it. I find this highly unusual for 18K gold, especially since I own and wear several gold pieces(18 k and 22 K) that have never shown such deterioration in such a short time. This raises genuine concerns about the quality or treatment of the metal used.

What’s more confusing is that the team confirmed they could resize the ring (which would require remaking), but not remodel it (yes it requires a remodel to fit and stack all my multiple bands together) even though both processes involve working with the same gold, which can easily be melted and reused. If wear and tear is truly the concern, it shouldn’t prevent remaking when the customer is already offering to pay all related costs.

As a company that emphasises craftsmanship and customer care, I expected much better. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened, and I can no longer recommend Taylor & Hart to others or see myself returning in the future. I expected accountability and professional aftercare, but instead, I received excuses and inflexibility. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel confident recommending Taylor & Hart or purchasing from them again.

The lack of accountability and poor customer service skills were shocking (TXXXA was the person who was dealing with my queries and she never responded to any detailed messages of mine) in particular, was the worst representative I’ve ever dealt with. All she said was ‘’Once again please do note that if another jeweller carries out work on the ring this does unfortunately void the warranty, as we are unable to guarantee the workmanship of another jeweller’’ Like dude, your company refusing to remake /remodel it to how I wanted , what you want me to do with my wedding band, keep it in the locker? I have to remake the model for me to wear it, because it's a sentimental piece for me (doesn’t matter to you or your company anymore)

I would never recommend this place. Before you go here, trust the negative reviews in the trustpilot, I wish I had. Take your time and go through the reviews and shop around and find a place where you can the aftercare is better than Taylor and Hart.

Beautiful showroom with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our visit was accommodated at short notice and despite this Tom did not rush the process. He listened and designed a beautiful ring on the spot! We were kept well informed during the making process and again it was easy to make an appointment for collection. We have found the whole process to be an enjoyable one and considering the magnitude of the process of getting an engagement ring we have been really pleased with all service including after care (the yearly servicing is a lovely touch and the opportunity to tweak the ring should it be needed is great).
