Hi Richard, sorry about what happened to you.
We didn't blame you, we just try to explain to you, the business name you left on our website is not in right colum, and which may cause the shipping company misunderstand it. and this is what you asked in your first email, and the parcel is already dispatched at this stage, so we cannot change it anymore.
You didn't give us any clear instructions at the first email, just asked whether Yodel know that your address is a business. We have wrote your full address with Yodel including your business name although it is in wrong position, but we can't change the address format you left as it is risky.
We just explain this to you, after that, you start to use some bad language (also in first email) to ask us to cancel and refund this order, so we contacted Yodel and tried to call this parcel back.
We will cancel and refund the order ASAP, sorry about the inconvenience caused.
For the freight companies, we have two options, and another one is UPS, customer can choose UPS if they don't like Yodel/Evri/Royal Mail/DX, and these options will show before you pay.
