Chiar nu ma asteptam la atata lipsa de profesionalism din partea echipei de la support. Practic vorbesc cu un NPC.
Eu le spun ca am primit comanda dupa 2 ore tinand cont de faptul ca restaurantul e la 5 minute de adresa mea. Pe langa ca mancarea a venit rece au mai si greșit comanda.
Supportul mi-a inchis pur si simplu chatul. Chiar nu se face training? Care sunt criteriile de angajare? Sa poti sa scrii si sa citesti? Sau sa dai copy/paste la raspunsuri deja pregătite?
Asta e a 3 a greseala in 4 zile. Ieri curierul a pierdut al 2 lea meniu pe drum sau poate ii era putin foame.

I had a very disappointing experience with this food delivery app. The delivery was extremely late. I had to order food somewhere else. I tried to cancel my order and it took too long to conbect a client agent. Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I expected much better service and quality. I won’t be using this app again.

Nu stiu ce s-a intamplat cu ei. Am plasat comanda la 18.35 si o livreaza dupa 21.15, daca o livreaza. Nu ai cu cine sa discuti la ei, astept de o ora sa ma transfere la un agent(ei zic, cateva momente!). Servicii foarte slabe!

I have been a customer of Tazz/eMag for several years, but over the past two years, the quality of service has declined dramatically. In my last four orders, I’ve encountered major issues: the food has consistently arrived cold, some packages were opened, and missing items have become the norm. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a delivery service and continuously receive incomplete orders in poor condition.
Even worse, I’ve repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor to address these issues, but my requests have been denied three times. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a company that claims to be a leader in the delivery industry.
In my most recent order, not only was the delivery delayed by over an hour, but I also faced significant communication barriers with the couriers. They did not speak either Romanian or English, making it nearly impossible to resolve the situation. This not only worsens the customer experience but also raises serious concerns about the company’s ability to provide quality service.
After years of loyalty, I am deeply disappointed with how the company treats its customers. I strongly urge you to reconsider your support and delivery policies; otherwise, you will continue to lose loyal customers like myself. I do not recommend this company at all!

Why don't ask for Chat Help FEEDBACK at the end of the chat? We do you have to disturb the clients with a PHONE CALL?

Lots of orders getting late deliveries or NONE at all. You are informed that your order is not coming after hours of waiting in the last minute.
Furthemore their customer support is a JOKE. They're all bots, you ask them something and they follow-up with only generic replies. Not even that but they never answer your direct questions about your orders. It's all scripts.

Do not order with them! Wait time is always expanding and the riders pick up multiple orders and are late with the order.
For an hour now the app shows that the rider is on it’s way and arrives in 5 minutes

This app is stealing your money! I order 2 days in a row nightshift around midnight and order did’t come. I contacted support and 30min later texting I manage to convince them that the shop is closed in order to cancel my order! They said that the money will be back but never receive it for 3 orders already! They have bugs with orders few hours before closing time or if the restaurant did’t accept orders you still have your founds blocked in the app !

O mizerie de aplicatie care nu se compara deloc cu ce a fost acum 3-4 ani. Timpi imensi de livrare, taxe in plus nejustificate (inclusiv pentru clientii genius), support aproape inexistent in ultimul timp. Cand umblati numai dupa profit si nu va mai platiti "riderii" ca lumea, automat clientul are de suferit, cum o sa aveti si voi, pentru ca pe mine m-ati pierdut ca utilizator.

cel mai prost customer service din viata mea, curierului i-a fost lene sa urce , spune ca m-a contactat si nu a putut livra , evident ca mi-au anulat comanda iar banii nu vor sa mii dea inapoi. am ramas si fara bani si fara mancare ,pe chat mi-au inchis conversatia dupa ce mi-au explicat ca nu e rambursabil ,indiferent de situatie. asta a fost a doua oara ,iar o a treia nu va mai exista, nu recomand Tazz sub nicio forma .
