AWFUL COMPANY!!
AWFUL COMPANY!!! Go to “Not Too Shabby Charlotte” instead as they have fantastic customer service and much better quality products!!! Carl from TCHL Interiors doesn’t understand what his responsibilities are as a seller. The paint which was needed by a specific date got delivered to the wrong address and was refused and it was his responsibility to sort this out with Royal Mail. I had paid contractors waiting for this paint and instead he just refused to refund me the postage and I didn’t get the paint!! A friend has also ordered a point from this company and the paint was not the right consistency. This cost me time and money and stress, and we’re now behind on the renovation schedule! They are also linked to BAILLEA’S INTERIORS who are another awful company for exactly the same reason!! Go to Not Too Shabby Charlotte!!!!!! Charlotte has an excellent attitude, knows her duties as a seller and has great quality products. Her delivery managed to arrive just fine!

I am now going to post the complete email trail. This ladies deliveries were refused at the address meaning they got sent back. Not 1. Not 2 but 3 deliveries all refused as not known at the address. So how many different names are you existing under. She then asked for them to be sent to a different address at our cost refusing to pay postage. Fake review

Good Morning,
I have been on the Royal Mail tracking website with the tracking number we provided, the following information was readily available:
According to Royal Mail your order was attempted delivery on Wednesday 07th August at 0921, the delivery was refused and therefore the item was returned to Harrow Delivery Office.
Please see the attached photographs.
It is unusual that deliveries are attempted only once - normally they are attempted again or a card is left asking you to collect. Why this has happened we do not know and you would have to take this up with Harrow Delivery Office.
The item is now progressing back to ourselves, which will take a number of days.
I am sorry we cannot help more, once in the Royal Mail system the package is beyond our control.

Just to let you know that another parcel we sent on behalf of another stockist Baillea's Interiors Ltd which you ordered -Fusion Pearl metallic from has also been returned to us as this was also attempted delivery and refused by someone at the property at 0827 on the 07th August.
When both items are back with us do you want them resending in which case there will be additional postage, also can you supply an address where they item can be accepted and not refused again.
We have received one of the parcels back which is the Gold

That’s very odd because my contractors were waiting and proved to me they were there as they received an order of tiles at 3pm on that day and I checked in at different points so I don’t really feel I should pay for postage again? I think Royal Mail should.
I think it might be better to send it to my home address address as sometimes the shop address can be confusing.

Were your contractors there at the property at 0827 and 0921 in the morning?
As Royal Mail have attempted delivery and it was refused then they will not pay for additional postage or refund the postage costs.
We are happy to wait for the second parcel being returned to us and send the two out together providing postage is paid, we can send a payment link to a mobile number or this email address.
If this unacceptable then we can refund you for the gold, however for the Pearl you will have to contact Baillea's Interiors Ltd for a refund.

Yes absolutely- we were all there at 07:30am and no one rang or knocked and we’d been waiting for the paint. I left at 10am and they carried on… If you’d really rather just refund it, that’s fine but I don’t think that’s very fair as it’s cost us time and that particular paint is actually quite hard to source in the quantities we need and it’s not our fault. All other deliveries have been fine.

We can only go by what Royal Mail have indicated on the parcel and tracking.
If you feel aggrieved by this I would take it up with Harrow Delivery office.
There is nothing we can do as the parcels have been attempted delivery by the postman.

Excellent service and great paint
Bought 2 end of line pots after looking for a long time for the right colour. Unfortunately they were lost in transit by Royal Mail. I contacted the shop and Carl went out of his way to help, offering a couple of solutions. He managed to find 2 replacement pots (one larger than I ordered but charged the same price) and dispatched them immediately. It’s not so easy to get such good service these days and I really appreciated it. The paint is lovely too - I’m glad I opted for the replacement.
