Blocked me out of my account without any reason
Been with Ameritrade for years with no problem. But I just tried to put more money into my account and because of a glitch at my bank, the ACH transfer didn't go through. Ameritrade immediately locked down my account and has denied me access to my own positions and money. NO margin call or anything, they just froze everything for a week now. 5 phones calls and 8 emails from me hasn't resolved whatever the problem is? No one seems to know why and they continue to deny me access to my own money. They also removed my bank connection, which is my only means of transferring money. I'm beyond angry and would warn anyone to never use a ACH transfer or Ameritrade.. I know this isn't going to end well, its my life savings that they've stolen, and no one there could care less... I also can't sell option that were positive but are now losing money. I'm beyond angry.
