Thetrace over and over again, inforcing and working for some dodgy private car parking companies that are targeting the puplic for their hard earned money. I promise you that I will be exposing you and taking you to court soon also I will be reporting you to the ombudsman. Any regulator is reading my feedback , feel free to reachout and I will fulfill you with the details. I have a court hearing next week.
Have sent this company numerous emails and tried to call so many times for a parking fine I knew nothing about and had not notification of at all. Provided proof multiple times that my boss and the GM of the club had given me consent to work there. Staff are rude and incompetent. Emails take days to be answered to or responded to and then are extremely basic.
This is by far the most unprofessional and inadequate company ive ever dealt with in my life. Fines are not the be all and end all but to have to deal with such a poor company i wouldn't wish this upon anyone. Trace need to seriously look at the hierarchy from above and recruit enough professional and intelligent staff to man the phones and provide good customer service. Do not go anywhere near this company. Disgraceful.
