i previously ordered a personalized shirt for my sister who teaches fifth grade. The A and D in McDade were missing the imprints in the middle; Reseulting in letters that were one big blob of color. This makes me wonder about your level of quality control on personalized items. I have since refrained from ordering anything personalized.

I really like the feel of the shirts. All the different sayings and colors. I just wish they would come a little faster. I have ordered and then the holiday passes before I receive my order so then I can’t wear the shirt til the next year.

I will never order from them again. I placed an order for myself and 8 other teacher friends for shirts that were quite obviously meant for Christmas on November 27. I did not receive the shirts until December 31, long after I needed them. When I emailed asking where my shirts were, I was only told that my “order was delayed due to inventory constraints” with no timeframe as to when I would receive the shirts at all.
I get it, I should have canceled the order entirely, but I held out hope that they would get here within a reasonable time. I was incorrect.
Perhaps I should have paid the extra for “express” shipping, but I don’t think that would have helped, and I guess I assumed three weeks from time of order until I needed them was plenty of time to receive 9 shirts, when there was no special order to the shirts. Little did I know it would take almost 5 weeks to get 9 T-shirts with no special order.

Ordered 6 weeks before Christmas. No product as of 12/28. Customer service not helping at all. Cannot leave review on product website itself because that function expired all ready - because its been too long.

A lot of the shirts were really cute. I got them on sale because I bought 3. Some of the earrings were super cute.

The process was great but I get to the end and find it was in $US very deceptively now will wait and see since I paid for express delivery how long it takes

I ordered November 2nd - it is now December 16th and the order still has not arrived. I reached out to their customer service twice and never received a response. When I disputed the charge with my credit card, I suddenly got hit with THREE THOUSAND spam emails. Coincidence? Or revenge for getting my money back?

An easy web site to navigate

I ordered 3 t-shirts to wear for the Christmas festivities at school. I ordered before the rush, November 15. Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews before ordering. I have not received the items ordered. When I first checked the tracking, it said it was delivered. When I reached out to them and informed them it had not and I had video proof, I was told it hadn't shipped yet.
I waited another week and asked why I haven't received it. They now say it's the busy season and they have delays and to be patient. I just read other reviews with the same story. It looks like I won't be receiving them this year!
It ships from Asia, so there is nothing fast about it. Save yourself the headache. Stick with Amazon or friends with Cricuts for your shirts.
I'll revise the review about the quality of the shirts when I receive them.

I am ordering for all the paras in my school. We need to be a united front and are sometimes forgotten. The shirt ordered was voted on to be what we wanted.

Bothers me when I get a coupon for giving you my email and cell but then can’t use it.

I placed a pretty big order over 30 days ago and have not received my items. You can only communicate with customer service via email and they are not very supportive at all. I'm not happy with this company and how they are choosing to handle my lost items and but willing to give me a refund.

Easy to order 5 different colored shirt.

I did not like that you asked for my email for 10% off my first order - and then you did not let me use it for my first order. What is the point of that?
