Even though I'm very far away from this team, their service was beyond expectation!
Product arrived in 3 business days to Europe...
And their customer service is impeccable! No matter what time I texted them I had an almost immediate reply, and they would do everything in their power to help.

During the launch of the recent Gothic set, I was mistakenly sent two additional booster boxes that I hadn’t ordered. I wasn’t charged for them, and I notified customer service immediately. They provided a shipping label, and I returned the boxes by driving them to a drop-off location.

While I wasn’t expecting a reward, I was surprised that the only acknowledgment was being allowed to keep the two promo cards included with the boxes. Given the time and effort involved in correcting the mistake, a small additional gesture would have been appreciated.

I have two recurring subscriptions with Team Covenant and plan to continue ordering from them. This experience didn’t outweigh the positives, but it did feel like a missed opportunity.

The customer service and provided services are top notch. I've been a customer for over 10 years and have visited the team in person several times and they are just stellar folks. I'm looking forward to their physical location opening again so I can stop by when I visit family in Tulsa.

I primarily subscribe for Marvel Champions and know I can trust the Covenant team to get me the latest products on time with zero issues. If there are delays, it's from the game company (Fantasy Flight Games) and outside of TC's control.

Team Covenant has always surpassed expectations with customer service and appreciation. All my orders have arrived on time and with great communication.

Team Covenant has been dropping content since the Golden days of LCGs. They have always been reliable and I have loved watching their business grow. I appreciate how innovative they have been providing the best tokens and game accessories (those Arkham campaign themed dash boards were truly works of art) and their solutions for card game collecting have been great. When playing Game of Thrones LCG, they had an option where you could request a specific faction and just receive all of their cards. Now I have a subscription for Sorcery, they send everything out when it releases and include primo foil promos with each box. Love these guys!

Team Covenant makes it super easy to order product from my favorite TCG. They even set up subscriptions to have however many booster boxes you want sent out to you each new set. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I've been following TC since I found them through YouTube back in the Star Wars Destiny days.

One of the things I greatly appreciate about TC is their transparency. They don't hold back or try to shy away from issues such as poor allocation from publishers or even their own mistakes.

They standby the games they sell and do their best to bring new players in often posting "how to play" or general gameplay videos on their YouTube channel.

Their subscription model simplifies what should just be the industry standard and really makes you question why allocation from publishers is such a problem when they have guaranteed sales waiting to happen.

While they no longer make them, the tokens and player boards that I ordered in the past were incredible. They fit the theme of the games and were made of quality material. The work that goes into the design shows how much passion TC has when it comes to these games.

Great company! Whenever I send an email to them, they get back to me right away, and I had a couple instances where my box for a game was damaged and they immediately sent me replacements with no charge at all. I also love the community they build and videos they make online that help me learn to play the games that they develop. Glad to be a part of Team Covenant and can’t wait to see what the future lies for them.

Stand up business that never scalps and even fights against scalpers while giving back to the community. Not to mention only stocking quality games and helping support new ones.

I have never had anything even resembling a bad experience with Covenant. Orders are processed quickly and have always arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Their customer service is second to none, and their subscription service is excellent.

Shipped to the UK, for Sorcery products, good and fair prices, arrives safe and sound

I’ve used Covenant for years, starting with buying Star Wars: Destiny singles, and the Arkham Horror or Marvel Champions product. They are fast! They’ve always treated me right.

I've had consistently positive experiences with Team Covenant over the last 5 or so years. The basic experience of ordering from them is pleasant and straightforward, but the big area where they shine is in their subscriptions. Being able to subscribe to new releases from games we enjoy removes a big mental load from keeping up with our favorites. Their new system that reframes subscriptions as something closer to automatic preorders has also been a really nice improvement. It makes the whole system so much easier to parse and modify.

The only notable difficulty I've had with them was an early challenge with customer service, but they've made a concerted effort recently to improve on that, and all of my interactions since have been nothing but great.

Team Covenant is the best! Their subscription service for tcgs is awesome. They deliver quickly and frequently include small special "extras".
I've counted on TC to provide solid reviews and support for games. And they have never disappointed.

The subscription service has worked great for me. All the newest Marvel Champions and Arkham Horror LCG stuff arrives when it’s released, as a fair price with reasonable shipping. I can’t recommend them enough if you live in the US.
