TEA REX Bewertungen 

I work in a hospital and one day lost the metal strainer for my insulated cup. When it still has everything else- the lid, rubber, cork ring etc I don't believe in waste so I emailed the Tea Rex contact page one evening enquiring how I could purchase a replacement. Impressively, I received a response from Kelly Lampard within a few hours asking for my original order number. The item had been received as a gift so I explained I didn't have that myself. I never heard from them again despite me sending another follow up email.
A company's customer service says a lot and unfortunately Tea Rex is severely lacking. I wasn't looking for a freebie or favours, just basic information about a replacement part for a product they stock.

Unfortunately will avoid in future as I know now that any kind or correspondence falls on completely deaf ears.

Fruit teas that actually taste as good as they smell!

Good service. Arrived very quickly. Really like these teas. Wish the tube was see-through though. To get the last bit out of the tube I squeeze the tube to suck up some water, give it a shake and squeeze it out to make sure I don't waste any.

Love the infusions but tubes make Earl Grey very wasteful

Lovely box which was beautifully packaged, and made an excellent surprise gift. The diffuser is *lovely* and so practical, and we’ve only tried the lemon, ginger and turmeric tea so far, but it was excellent. Full flavoured, but balanced and much nicer than any of the MANY bagged fruit teas we have tried previously. 10/10

Easy to order, quick delivery nicely packaged. Only tasted one so far-delicious.

I bought a use reuse cup, but I have found it messy to use. It not easy to infuse the tea when the filter needs to be attached to the lid. Either the tea drips out before it can be attached or it scalds fingers if you try to attach later. Nice design but not practical. Lovely tea

Great taste, only 4 stars due to how long it takes to arrive.

Full of flavour and especially convenient when travelling.
I don't have the strainer yet, so I added a spoonful to boiling water and stirred, then left it to settle. Because the ingredients are finely ground and do not contain preservatives or anything chemical, they can be consumed anyway. Although I don't think I will do that with the Earl Grey flavour as it contains black tea leaves, which I could never imagine swallowing.
I will certainly be ordering more.

I have always been dubious about flavoured teas and the ones I have tried have either been rubbish or clearly had the flavour enhanced. Of the two Tea Rex flavours I have tried so far the one I least expected to like has been my favourite. The Real Earl Grey is fantastic particularly for the likes of me who love lime. The Lemon, Ginger and Turmeric lacks a bit of intensity but is still very drinkable.

These are lovely but I like a strong
taste so will get through them quicker than most people. Great if you add cider vinegar to them, enhances the flavour

Great flavours, quick service and an easy to use website. Also eco friendly, I no longer drink other tea.

I bought all five flavours along with the sieve. I have so far tried 3 of them and have enjoyed them all. I decided to try these teas as I was beginning to get a little fed up with coffee.

Tea tastes great love the sustainable packaging, only problem is the nozzle blocks especially with the early grey,

I bought the lemon, ginger and tumeric tea. It's full of flavour, easy to brew and delightful to drink in the mornings. It arrived quickly. I think my only gripe is that it's a bit too expensive for me to justify ordering again, sadly.

The tea is fantastic! Super refreshing and easy to make.
