This company should be closed down! Extremely poor customer service. Company lied to avoid replacing my laptop which was sent to them under guarantee. They deliberately damaged my laptop by pouring liquid over it and saying I did it. A report was made with Amazon who intervened, but the company refused to fulfil the instructions given them. They "deliberately" wiped my hard drive destroying all data, apps, programmes, personal files, photos - you name it, they wiped it. They stated -after they had destroyed my data - that they wipe the harddrive upon receiving the laptop according to GDPR - this however is, as they themselves admitted, just their company policy. However, this is against the law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Data Protection Act 2018. I am now suing the company for compensation for my losses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BUY ELSEWHERE.

My refurbished mini Lenovo think centre was a really good price especially with the discount, and it was delivered quickly and very well packaged. It also came with a free wireless adapter which I wasn’t expecting so thanks for that too. Encountered no problems with set up and all now running smoothly and quickly. The whole experience of purchasing with Tech 365 has been excellent and I would def recommend.

The laptop arrived quickly in the promised A+ condition - like new. In fact it is not only a higher spec than described but also works perfectly.

It was not easy choosing a supplier for this type of laptop because there are so many suspect suppliers out there. I am delighted that I chose Tech 365.

Bought a desktop it fault and I smell like something was burning so ask for a refund. I was told they would refund my payment plus shipping when ive returned it. I don't receive my full payment or my shipping fee please stay away

I am very pleased with my refurbished Dell Optimax 3060 PC so far it is performing great. It is always a concern when a product is refurbished but in this case it has proved very good. The specification of the one I chose meets my requirement and I will now have to reinstate all the software I require. Unfortunately my previous PC Tower kept having Hard Drive failures of Western Digital SSD drives so I have been unable to retrieve any files or software from it which means I have to start with nothing to use which had been previously generated which makes a lot to extra work. Looking forward to being able to generate some of my previous work which is a nuisance and time consuming, especially finding the software I use on a regular Basis.

I've only had my PC a week or so, but it seems fine so far.

When the computer arrived, there was a fuse missing in the plug of the cable, so I contacted Tech365 and they apologised profusely and sent me a new cable straight away - very good Customer Service.
I'd definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again.
Can't fault them at all thus far!

I bought 2 pcs off tech365 and im trying to return both as they arent running well.
As soon as i received them i set them up and they both were crashing constantly.
No replies to my emails in over a week. I just want to return as i have purchased alternatives

I paid extra for fast delivery but was surprised when the laptop arrived next day. It was in excellent condition, it looked new. The screen makes my pictures look amazing. Very impressed. Would definitely use this company again.

I recently purchased a laptop and overall, I’m very satisfied with my order. There was a small issue with the delivery address, which caused the parcel to be returned to the shop. However, the customer service team quickly corrected the mistake and arranged a new delivery without any hassle. The laptop arrived in perfect condition, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

One small disappointment was that the laptop was missing a pen for the touchscreen. The description didn’t state whether a pen was included or not, so it was a bit unclear. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the service was excellent

Exactly as described. Charger was faulty but I picked up another locally for £15 without complaint. Really good value for money very reliable and quick delivery.
