Very disappointed. Bought a samsung s26 ultra, when it arrived i could not continue to set it up because it belonged to another organisation, which means this "organisation" would be able to have access to all my data if i did continue to set the phone up. Huge inconvenience as my old phone does not recognise my sim, and i have been struggling for a week now, for work too.

I had to send it back. They called back and apologised. Also offered a different colour but that doesn't mean anything as i never recieved what i paid for. Luckily bought it through backmarket so service was swift. I would rate it a 0 if i could.

Purchased a game on the 16th December (a month ago) that hasn't arrived. On the 19th, they told me they were looking into it but have not replied to numerous emails since then. I have had to chargeback through my bank to get a refund.
EDIT: Since posting this review, they have quickly resolved the situation
