I joined the Tech Talk uk 3 day career accelerator course as I felt like a needed some direction navigating the current job market and I wasn’t disappointed. There were so many gems dropped and resources shared. Best of all you get to join a community of people who are in the same position as you in terms of job seeking but also serve as a great support network that encourage you during some of your rejections and celebrate with you during your wins. After not getting responses or not progressing in the interview process with some great companies, I was getting worried about 'burning' opportunities by not being fully prepared for the process. After all, I had not interviewed for a new role in years. This is when I decided to invest fully in the 'Ultimate bundle' as a way to show how serious I was by investing time and resources with a professional who would help me throughout all the different stages of the job application. Two months after my first meeting with Rox, I was thrilled to have signed an offer for a top company for a role that suits perfectly my skills.
