Poor service paid to express delivery to receive my order quicker didn't get it for another 3 weeks, sent an email and had no response, very disappointed

Smart dash took ages to arrive and arrived faulty I messaged them and after a few days they messaged back general checks which I'd already done and advised if this. After over a week of no response I sent it back at my own expense using a tracked service. Several days after they received it back by messaged again with more fault diagnosis. I pointed out it'd been sent back and had photos from the courier if them accepting it so now I want a refund in full. 2 weeks after there's was still no refund or further response so has now been raised with my bank. Looking at reviews it seems some products are ok but if there is an issue their customer support is terrible and you will likely be on your own having to get your money back through your bank. I'll never use them again they're terrible

Took 9 days too arrive
I have a Samsung galaxy s21 5G all up to date but still want contact wifi or bluetooth.

I need to update. Techtrove have contacted me and was happy for me to return it
I have given the tablet to my niece as she doesn't have the gadgets on her car. She hasn't tried it yet, so techtrove Ha said if there's a problem I can contact them.
They had a backlog due to illness, which cannot be helped.
I would definitely recommend this company and it's products seem great value for money

Fantastic Service!
Ordered the Smart Dash Car Play for my daughters car, unfortunately, we swapped the car due to a fault, I asked for a full refund, as the product was unopened in its original packaging, but from my experience excellent customer experience.

I was genuinely surprised at the quality of the product it works extremely well thank you

Do not buy from this company waiting for a repair or refund since January.
Will not even answer any emails or phone calls

Amazing gadget , bought it for my wofe for her birthday and she loves it , said makes things so much easier in car

Purchased a SmartDash Pro and bracket to mount it. The SmartDash Pro arrived but no sign of the bracket. Four emails to customer support were seemingly ignored, and their chatbot kept telling me to email again. After leaving s scathing review here 🙂, I received a phone call from the company apologising, saying that illness had caused them to be short-staffed and that was why they hadn’t got back to me, Furthermore they added that the bracket was included in the Smartpro box (I hadn’t broken the seal in case it had to go back for a refund) and didn’t need to be purchased separately as advised by their (apparently useless) chatbot, but there was no explanation as to why my information was that the goods had been despatched in two separate parcels and the second parcel never arrived. (I have photographic evidence of that.) Anyhow, problem is solved so all’s well that ends well………eventually! The £9.99 has been refunded. This review has been edited at the request of the company. One star deducted for the misleading chatbot and another star for the misinformation about the number of parcels. Three stars are better than one!

I purchased an Apple CarPlay screen from Techtroveessentials. The delivery was very slow, but I managed to endure it. The screen arrived only to find that it wouldn't connect to the phone or car. I contacted TechtroveEssentials, and to be fair, they did reply to provide suggestions and a replacement to try, but to no avail. Ultimately, we had to agree that the equipment did not match my system. I have returned the equipment, and Techtrove Essentials has issued me a full credit, which I have received in full. It was a great company to deal with.

Wrong item sent and no response from the compamny when requesting return. Really bad communication.

Ordered the tablet for my van as it didn’t have a display screen for google maps, great price and quick delivery, when it arrived I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes, so easy to set up and works great, play my apple car play through it for maps and Spotify etc
All in all a great device

How many more times can I tell this company via truspilot, emails and messages how disgusted I am before ever getting a reply?

Everything you need in a car tablet, however not whatsapp voice command compatible. If it was easily 5* rating. Easy to set up and use, great dash cam.

Great bit of kit. Tracked it from china. Takes about 9 days to arrive. Highly recommend.

Paid for 1-2 day delivery, took 2 weeks because the items are dispatched from a factory in China on order. Tried to cancel and was told i would have to contact them when it was delivered to arrange a return and refund. Spent the last week emailing them multiple times to arrange the return and not had a single response.

Firstly I thought this company was not genuine as I followed a link off you tube. However turns out they are genuine and sold me a very decent smart dash cam. The tracking was excellent very detailed as this came from china arrived in a good time and exactly as advertised, very happy with this company.

I have emailed twice regarding creating a return and being ignored.
