Great product! Only negative was it took over a week for delivery as it was shipped from China! I did get my delivery refunded straight away though.

A great product and works exactly as they said it would in the review.

Although the mistake was mine I ordered the screen without the rear camera but I did order the extra long rear camera cable your people should have picked up on this and questioned it with me but you chose to ignore it I feel you have not looked after your customer I obviously wanted the kit with the rear camera your team need to be more observant and look after your customers better my mistake

Bought for the Dash/rear camera package and that it had a adjustable grid as a parking aid. Turns out that the 7 inch screen does not appear to provide the grid, so a bit of a con. Customer service bounces you back to the Chat which recommends customer service et al. A waste of money and time.

Delivery was well tracked and delivered by Royal Mail. The product is better than expected. So easy to set up with the video tutorial. Rear camera really good on my car which had no sensors due to its age. Overall very pleased with the product and price

Brilliant piece of kit

Excellent, from start to finish ,I brought this as a surprise for my partner ,not knowing one of his colleagues has one and he REALLY wanted one !! It was very easy to set up and fit .We are thinking of buying another one ,they really are GREAT .

Advertisement was spot on for what the product delivers. Lovely display screen. Had a couples of questions to ask which were personally responded to within a day and accurately too. Very happy, would recommend.

I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a dash camera, and unfortunately, it didn’t work at all when it arrived. I reached out to customer service for help, but they were not very responsive or helpful. It felt like I was getting the runaround. To make matters worse, they told me they wouldn’t take the product back because it was faulty. I expected better service, especially when their product was defective. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you're looking for reliable support or quality products.

I’m giving 4-stars only due to the delivery time and that it’s not clear when ordering that the item is coming from China.

Other than that, this is a great device. Well packaged, easy to set up and use. Exactly as advertised, I’m really happy with my purchase.

3 stars as the item itself was fine and in working order, however when I ordered i was under the impression it was from a London based company but the item was sent from China, no different to the 1s you can get for ALOT cheaper, as I opened it and realized this I was then not allowed to return the item, even though it was unused.

Great thanks, dose as it says, works great easy to set up with my phone. Running great delivers on time, the reason I dropped 1 star the movement of car makes the screw go loose on back of monitor so drops down to dash but can still use and see everything so no problem, might try the other fitting instead of sticking it to the dash. But all in all great thanks

Purchased for a 2014 mini as an upgrade. Had an issue connecting to AUX but customer support responded immediately and it actually turned out to be a fault on my radio which once reset has been fine since.
Took a little time to find the right spot and fixing accessory for my car, mainly due to the curvy nature of the mini dash but now happy with its placement and with the unit overall.
Very good price I thought and works well. Have recommended it to others with the same car and my mechanic was impressed by it.

Great item however the app they use for delivery updates (shop) needs to be looked at. Received over a week ago now and it still says awaiting dispatch. I did use the app to contact seller to enquire about my delivery (whilst in transit) however there was no reply. Not sure if this is the company or the app. Very happy with the product, as described/showed on the website site.

Had to speak to customer services on a minor issue which was immediatley sorted out great product would use again so all good

Communication non existing, no telephone number, used their 3 emails and no response, only thing I received is a refund of f£100 with no explanation as the item was damaged and order cancelled by Evri. Overall a terrible experience.

The item was easy to get up and running, so far has been working well and and has made driving a nicer experience with dash cam, sat nav and music accessible on one device. The holders aren't great so I did have to purchase a different one that was more suitable for my dashboard/car.

Arrived in a timely manner, got it setup fairly quickly and linked to my Motorhome stereo via the aux cable, once I got my phone connected Apple Carplay worked well, it has lost connection a couple of times but not really too much of an issue.

The description of the item I was buying clearly states it has a reversing camera included , I have emailed twice about this and no reply. I'm happy to pay if it was my mistake as I purchased the extension lead already .
